First time visit and it was very different to my expectation. It is very clean and tidy and modern well presented however it is a hotel that accommodate walkers and serious hike hikers the initial feeling atmosphere I got was that it was a hostile like accommodation that was very busy But the staff were delightful and attentive. The friends we went with were in the cottage which was done out well bright clean and newly renovated the disabled facilities in the bathroom. The shower was poorly fought through for disabled as regards to the shower taps. My husband and I slept in one of the lodge rooms. The bathroom is very small and the shower tray is a bit of a trip hazard because of the smallness but it was well stocked both with tea coffee biscuits, snacks and bathroom supplies toiletries. It is perfectly adequate And he’s the drawback for us. It was deathly expensive for what it offered. We use a lot of hotels around the world and this was one of the most expensive nights we have spent in this type of accommodation. I am trying to figure out how this price is arrived at maybe it’s because of the demand in the area. I did not think it was value for money. The breakfast was plentiful very yummy with a great choice we did not eat evening meal there it was a lot of money for Little leisure?

Stayed here as part of our West Highland Way walk for one night. We had the most beautiful room with a lovely view and a lovely big bed. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed - included a lovely deep bath which was very welcome after a day of walking. Breakfast was standard, nothing special, staff were friendly and it is in a lovely location. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the price - we didn't pay full price as part of a package for our walk but I do not think the room warrants the room rate they charge as normal, even with breakfast included. We are booked to stay there again when we do the West Highland Way again next year and I must say I am looking forward to it.

I recently had a very pleasant trip to this area which has become very busy in the summer months. However the hotel is very good and catered well for the walking party I was part of. My praise cannot be high enough though for the service I received from the staff after I left my overnight bag in the reception area as I was leaving. They quickly retrieved the bag after I called and packaged it up for collection by couriers. Throughout this period they were very reassuring that my bag was safe, promptly dealt with my messages regarding collection. Everything was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. Excellent work and I am very grateful to be now reunited with my bag. Thank you.

We arrived for our one night stay while walking the West Highland Way. It was on a very windy and rainy day when people were checking out late with walkers arriving for early check in due to cutting their walks short due to weather. The front desk person was so very friendly and patient with everyone. She was there past 6 in the evening and back again with a smile at 7 the morning. The same can be said of the food service and room cleaning staff. While the food at both dinner and breakfast was superb, it is the hard working, professional, and friendly staff that stand out. They provided memorable customer service and a visitor experience we will be talking about when we return home.

My husband and I stayed overnight and enjoyed an excellent evening meal and a good cooked breakfast the following morning - then after a good walk we came back for lunch as the food had been of such good quality. We rated both the food and service highly. The hotel is fairly eclectic and there are people of various nationalities both working there and staying. Our only criticism was the cost of the room was far too high for something so small and not well maintained. It was very clean through.

Our garden room was just stunning, beautifully decorated, and with an amazing view over the river. It was spotless, as was the bathroom which had lovely wash products. Super comfy bed with cosy blankets. A real feel of luxury.

As we approached the Bridge of Orchy at the end of our shortest day (8 miles) on the West Highland Way, we were happy to see the white clad inn appear on the horizon after a rainy morning. We were doubly happy to know that we had lunch reservations here (as well as dinner and lodging reservations), as many people were turned away for lunch due to the rain that was constant. Our three rooms were all in the original part of the hotel, all were spotless and comfortable, and they were all ready shortly after we arrived. A special thanks to Ramona who aided me regarding reservations on the phone the evening prior. Thank you so very much.

We stayed at Bridge of Orchy while walking the West Highland Way. Its a lovely old hotel with a new accommodation annexe in a lovely location. We had a nice large very comfortable room in the annexe with a large window and terrace with a great view. Large 6' bed. Good warm drying area in hallway with useful shelves. Fridge with mini bar. Good shower. Good breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. We saw deer by the river.
