Je suis ravie d'avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel idéalement situé en ville à deux pas du Grand Spa Thermal où j'ai suivi ma cure pendant 9 jours. Ma chambre était spacieuse, moderne, avec une grande douche à l'italienne et toilettes à part, une literie confortable et un grand dressing. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le service de navette gratuite mis en place par l'hôtel pour les transferts jusqu'à la gare et les attentions réservées aux résidents au restaurant et dans l'espace lounge (tables dressées en terrasse extérieure quand il faisait beau, brin de muguet offert pour le 1er mai, soirée musicale le vendredi, cocktail d'accueil le mardi). Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et le personnel adorable et aux petits soins avec les clients. Pour ma part en pension complète, mention spéciale au chef en cuisine et à son équipe qui élaborent des menus diététiques très variés et de grande qualité. On peut piocher des idées d'associations de mets pour le retour à la maison.

Technically not the closest hotel to the gondola but almost. Comfortable spacious room. Restaurant and bar are in the adjoining hotel which entails a short (30m) walk across a flat roof. The evening meals are excellent, 3 course set. Breakfast is of a high standard. Cereal, fruit and yoghurt. Hot food is limited to sausage, scrambled (powdered) egg, and beans. Toast and boiled eggs (DIY) also. The bar is busy après ski and full of locals. Pool table and 2 TV's usually showing sport. Staff are friendly. I travelled with Crystal Ski. Flights to Grenoble from Edinburgh, avoiding the Geneva madness, transfer, and rep. Excellent value for money. Getting to the slopes is a bit of a mission. About 30 minutes gondola then a walk of around 500m to the snow, depending on weather. I didn't mind this as it was a good chance to meditate and listen to Podcasts.

Prestations honorables mais sans plus.
Prestations honorables : literie confortable, superficie des chambres, confort.
Excellent accueil de la part des réceptionnistes.
Mais manque d'un plateau de courtoisie (bouilloire équipée), pas de distributeur dans l'hôtel fantôme (géré par l'établissement d'à côté), et rue très très bruyante juste sous les fenêtres.
Sèche serviettes ou radiateurs qui ne fonctionnent pas alors qu'ils sont bien branchés, je suppose donc un bidouillage hors gel pour faire des économies. Nous avons dû sécher nos affaires au sèche cheveux...
Ca reste cher pour la prestation.

Pas pour dormir ni se reposer.
Situé en centre ville, cet hôtel n'a pas d'accueil, il faut aller à l'hôtel d'a côté. Les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage, donc aucune isolation phonique. J'ai eu l'impression d'avoir les terrasses des restaurants dans ma chambre.

Très bien
quelques peurs àl'arrivée: Petit souci à l'arrivée avec une carte d'accès à la chambre qui ne fonctionait pas, odeur de cigarette dans la chambre après avoir eu enfin accès à la chambre.
Heureusement, le responsable nous a ouvert, puis ,nous a gentiment changer de chambre le lendemain, en nous surclassant.
Le lieu est très sympa, bien arrangé, et est convivial, familial.
L'accès rapide à la télécabine est un atout.
Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel.
Le restaurant offre une belle variété de menu.
Le bar est appréciable, avec le ski, et le soir après le dîner.
A l'écart des chambres...

Je suis très déçue de ne pas pouvoir manger dans cet hôtel
Seul le petit déjeuner est possible
L'hôtel privilégie les clients qui ont réservé la demi pension ou la pension complète avant leur arrivée
Je trouve cela très décevant
