Je donne un avis extrêmement positif après mon séjour de 10 jours à l'Hôtel du Golf aussi bien pour l'hôtellerie que pour la restauration ainsi que pour les personnels des différents services. Ma cure thermale a été une réussite les soins étant au "top". Je reviendrai l'année prochaine à la même saison et dans le même Hôtel.

Certes l’hôtel est en pleine réorganisation, mais avant d’atteindre le niveau 4 étoiles la marche est bien haute. La literie et les oreillers pourraient largement être changés (ressorts bien puissants), et les salles de bains mériteraient un peu plus qu’une boite de mouchoirs en papier. La restauration est correcte mais ce qu’il y a dans les assiettes ne correspond pas à un menu au prix de 40€. Loin de la. Globalement le séjour fut agréable grâce au personnel qui se veut au petits soins, mais la route est encore longue pour parvenir au standard affiché.

Arrivés avec un jour de retard en ayant payé nos 4 nuits. Accueil déplorable à notre arrivée. Nous avions réservé une junior suite et nous avons eu la seule sans balcon sur les montagnes. Un seul ascenseur pour tous les clients de l'hotel et le service. Petit déjeuner nul et vide dès 9h. Ménage fait trop vite le matin pendant le petit déjeuner et pas terminé à notre retour dans la chambre. Ordinateur et téléphone débranchés par le ménage. Erreur dans les réservations du Spa de la station de Brides. Bref catastrophe du début à la fin de notre séjour. A éviter absolument.
