Non avevamo mai dormito in un castello e l’esperienza non ci ha per nulla delusi: comunicazione perfetta prima del nostro arrivo (avvenuto in serata, quando il castello era già chiuso) con tutte le indicazioni per un self check in comodissimo. Appartamento (Emma’s Apartment) pulito e funzionale, in cui abbiamo trovato tante piccole accortezze che ci hanno fatto sentire ospiti apprezzati. Letti confortevoli, tisana del castello ottima così come il succo di mela che abbiamo trovato in camera. L’immersione nella natura ci ha fatto godere di una stellata memorabile e regalato un sonno tranquillo e ristoratore. Cestino della colazione ricco e ben confezionato. Visita al castello resa vivace da caccia al “tesoro”. Gli ambienti del castello sono stati reinterpretati ed utilizzati per esposizioni permanenti e temporanee di varia natura. Quelle a tema naturale particolarmente interessanti. Menzione particolare per la gentilezza del personale e per la cura nel proporre i prodotti del territorio in chiave organica con i servizi di ospitalità proposti. Adorabile!

Caution! YOU CAN BE DECEIVED! TAKE CARE OF YOUR MONEY! I was planning to celebrate my birthday here and on May 14 I transferred the necessary amount on their website to book a room. There was no confirmation of payment and when I applied for it, I was informed that they had not received prepayment, they had not made reservations and now this room is already occupied. Then I received a letter from the administration apologizing and explaining that there was an error in their booking system and therefore they did not see my prepayment, but nevertheless, the room is already occupied. We agreed that the money would be returned. Five months and ten days have passed. No one has ever returned anything to me. I understand that I will not get my money anymore, but I would like to warn all future visitors: BEWARE! Your money is in danger if you contact this organisation. Be very careful! Do not transfer the prepayment to them!
