Very nice motel, loved our short stay there! Sparkly clean, modern & spacey room, super friendly & helpful service, great location. Definitely check out the beautiful scenice road along the river ride behinde the motel. Decently priced, very comfortable beds, nice free coffee and even free laundry. We also slept very nice in the comfy bed and had no issues with noise although it’s directly located on a big road and next to an active railroad. Overall, really recommended!

Awesome place, o was planning to stay another night but was completely sold out; only but, could be that maybe is a little bit far from the beach and the main attraction but, the landscape is nice to drive around. Definitely worth the drive and the price!

Air conditioning not working. False advertising about ice maker. Rooms tended to once a week! Owner is control freak dishonest businessman. Is not honest about his rental Property rules until You have forked over your hard earned money. Doesn’t care about the law or renters rights. No business being a landlord . Beware and stay away

I checked in for a week and ended up staying three! Its clean and comfortable, and Andrea the owner treats guests like family! She even showed up on Christmas eve with a gift for all her tenants. 5 star service at 1 star prices!

This is a quaint place that is super clean and ran wonderfully by management. This is an affordable place to stay with top notch conditions inside. The cleanliness and quietness of this place made it a great place to stay while working down in Melbourne.
