Hotel molto bello cordialità del personale molto bene cibo di ottima qualità e abbondante camere pulite e confortevoli l’unico difetto la mancanza di parcheggio adeguato pochi posti sarebbe da migliorare in sostanza è un hotel giusto per una vacanza

Ho messo 4 ma in realtà mio malgrado devo dire che siamo più bassi di un 4. Diciamo 3,5. Inizio dai difetti: caro molto caro, camere pulite e discrete ma non all'altezza del prezzo. Lo stesso dicasi per la qualità del cibo che è media o medio bassa. I pregi: estrema cortesia del personale altamente professionale. Cordialità estrema della proprietà. Ambienti estremamente raffinati e arredati con gusto. Piacevoli da vivere. Abbondanza e varietà del cibo. Manca un dehors e questo penalizza un po' la struttura. L'hotel si affaccia su una strada abbastanza trafficata, un solo tavolino esterno vicino al quale la sera viene esposta la spazzatura col relativo cattivo odore. Gli ospiti hanno a disposizione un parcheggio riservato con un numero di posti però inferiore al necessario . Questa cosa causa difficoltà nel trovare un parcheggio in quanto quello dell'hotel è quasi sempre pieno. Non è custodito né chiuso. Ci tornerò? Devo pensarci su ma ho dei dubbi.

Luca at the reception is a courteous young man, discreet and prompt in fulfilling any request. the Metre, Gianfranco, assisted by the excellent Cristian and Valentina, exhibits a liveliness of spirit and wit that overshadow the very high competence and professionalism. The ski service made me appreciate Vlad's concern and friendliness. The wellness center is managed by two "fairies", Michela and Chiara, who accompanied me every day along the entire regenerating and complete path. At the bar I met the very sweet Giorgia, a sensitive and intelligent girl! What I personally appreciated most was the skill of the ski instructor Maurizio Sertorelli, a loving host, also in relation to the rare ability demonstrated by the owner, to select a harmonious and first-rate staff! The SERTORELLI slogan is a promise kept over the years!

Sertorelli offers a wide range of facilities, including a recently modernised spa zone with various types of sauna, baths etc to ease tired muscles. What really made our stay special was the team’s service - especially Luca on reception and Christian and Julian in the (fantastic) restaurant. Dietary restrictions were not just accommodated - but made to delight, with special meals prepared to my son’s request. Shuttle bus takes you the few mins to and from the gondola. All in all, a very relaxing stay.

Nice hotel a few steps from the center of Cervinia. Efficient shuttle service to reach the facilities. Very good services, especially catering, delicious food and truly knowledgeable and kind staff. The spa is beautiful, with a view of the Matterhorn with various saunas and Turkish baths, relaxation areas with herbal teas. Nice rooms, bathrooms need improvement and showers definitely need redoing. Very dated.

What a fantastic vacation and 1st time stay at the Sertorelli Sport Hotel!!! Luca, Karla and Sara were amazing and so hopeful to work with. From the moment we arrived until we departed we felt like family. The food was fantastic, the location was perfect! Just steps from the village center. Loved having the complimentary morning shuttle to the lifts and back to the hotel at the end of day....although very easy to walk from the trails as well. The spa was great as well! Kids enjoyed it until 5pm and then it's adults only which was pleasant too! We can not wait to book another holiday with them again!!!!

We can't recommend the Sertorelli highly enough. We honestly had the best week and felt part of the family by day two! The food was brilliant, plenty of choice everyday. We loved that there was a buffet starter and dessert, but the other two main courses you could choose from a daily changing menu. The restaurant staff were second to none. Gian Franco was so accommodating and really took the time to understand my dietary needs (pescatarian). When we arrived at dinner, he had fish available that wasn't on the menu, which was a really lovely touch. Irina was so lovely and made us feel so welcome. She really went the extra mile to make our meals really special, even considering we didn't speak the same language. And Luca, well what a star he was. He was so friendly and helpful. We had one day where we were unable to ski and he took so much time to recommend other activities for us and offered to make reservations. He also recommended a lovely little restaurant for us in town with gorgeous pumpkin gnocchi. We are frequent international travellers, and fussy ones at that. However, I would go as far to say this is the best and most personable service I have ever received at any hotel. I would highly recommend visiting the hotel. Thank you so much to the team, its an experience we won't ever forget x
