Good location Right next to the ski lift. Rooms were bit small and poor TV channels but a great shower,bed and breakfast.

Siamo arrivati in questo hotel che non si trova al centro del paese, e subito ci hanno detto di parcheggiare la macchina a pagamento. Come siamo arrivati in stanza abbiamo sentito un odore forte sgradevole provenire dal bagno. Siamo andati in reception a chiedere se ci cambiassero la stanza, ma la signora ha risposto che avrebbe provveduto lei andando a controllare. Fiduciosi dopo aver cenato (cena scadente, con pochissima scelta nel menù e nell’antipasto a buffet) siamo tornati in stanza ma l’odore persisteva. In un secondo momento ci siamo accorti che la signora della reception aveva chiuso con il tappo il bidet e il lavandino, quello sarebbe stato il suo intervento. A quel punto l’indomani abbiamo deciso di andare via e al conto ci è stato aggiunto oltre la caparra anticipatamente inviata, anche una penale (la metà dell’importo dovuto) da saldare perché stavamo andando via, per il servizio scadente. Non ci torneremo mai più, terribile.

This hotel was perfect for our family skiing holiday. The hotel is an easy 2-3 minute walk to the main gondola lift allowing immediate access to the higher slopes and Zermatt. There is a ski hire shop in the hotel - super easy. The rooms are lovely - modern and clean with lots of storage space and great bathrooms. The bar/lounge area is nicely furbished and a lovely comfy place for afternoon tea or a pre-dinner drink. For us the highlight was the food. The breakfast will suit everyone with a huge range of hot and cold choices. The dinner was amazing!! The antipasti buffet was extensive, varied and far exceeded our expectations. Choices for pasta and meat courses - we were never disappointed. All of the staff were helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend.

We had read some of the negative reviews but have learned to take as you find. We loved staying here. The location is perfect for the lift station and our room looked right over the mountains. The room was basic but comfortable and clean. The hotel is warm. There is a handy fridge in the room. I asked for extra pillows and they arrived 5 minutes after asking. The bar area has a good feeling and the drink is are very reasonable. The staff are nice and the music is good. The boot room is great! We booked our skis independently and brought our own boots. The restaurant serves basic food which is well presented and tasty. The provision of water and wine with dinner is excellent. The staff are great too. We met lots of great people during our stag and were sorry to leave. Would definitely return.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo meraviglioso hotel e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente perfetta. La posizione è ideale, a pochi passi dalle piste da sci, il che rende tutto molto comodo per chi ama sciare. Lo staff è eccezionale: sempre sorridente, disponibile e attento a ogni dettaglio. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati dall’inizio alla fine, con un servizio impeccabile e un’atmosfera calda e accogliente. Il cibo? Semplicemente favoloso! Ogni pasto è stato un vero viaggio nel gusto, con piatti deliziosi preparati con ingredienti di qualità. Consigliamo questo hotel a chiunque voglia vivere una vacanza all’insegna del relax, del comfort e dell’ottima cucina. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Hotel rooms and facilities are great. Modern room great WiFi comfy bed warm and cosy. Room was also quiet. Bar was great lively atmosphere good beers. Food is a let down. Breakfast was ok and the buffet was too. Main courses and pasta pretty poor. They offer quantity not quality Should be straight forward to fx they just need a good experienced chef Access . To town was ok although bit of a hill climb back. Location to the lifts was as good as it gets without ski in ski out Boot room great. For groups and people who are not 5 star it was good value for money Could be soo much better if they just sorted out the food

Nosotros veníamos de Interlaken a Zermatt y el hotel Petit Palais dice que están a 12,86 km de Zermatt...es completamente falso...está a mas de 200 km de Zermatt.
Porque no dicen la verdad. Es 12 km en teleféricos pero no lo pone.
