Excellent hotel situated centrally in Cervinia. Ski-rental just across the street and the lift is very close by (200m). Rooms are nice, clean and cosy. Our room was equipped with a newly renovated bathroom. The hotell is overall very cosy with a great lobby. The breakfast contains everything you need for a full day on the mountain. The staff is very nice and friendly.

We booked a last minute ski trip to cervinia, managed to get a room in Hotel Jumeaux and we are delighted we did. The hotel was perfect for us - Room was a great size with more storage than we needed, basement boot room (with warmers) and ski storage. The breakfast was great and had quite good selection at the buffet. The slopes/skipass office were a short 1-2minute walk - so not too far at all in your ski boots. Before our stay Raquel was so helpful and accommodating. When we notified of our late arrival they were more than happy to accommodate us. Folco stayed late to make sure we got checked in all okay, and excorted me to the car park. Staff were always cheerful around the hotel.

è un hotel che non cura per niente la clientela, non c'è nessuno che gestisce l'hotel e ho anche assistito a discussioni tra dipendenti davanti agli ospiti dell'hotel. non c'è nessuna attenzione, alle ore 18 del secondo giorno non avevano ancora fatto la mia camera. colazione che sembra quella di una mensa, anche alla reception sembrano tutti degli improvvisati e poco cortesi. di certo se torno a Cervinia, non torno in questo posto e neanche lo suggerisco. peccato, perché avrebbe tutte le potenzialità per avere un ottimo risultato.

Molto accogliente, colazione inclusa completa di tutto. camera da montagna in legno . Vicino le piste ad un passo dal centro personale adeguato alla struttura molto socievoli e simpatici , ci torneremo ! Grazie Danilo !

Situato in pieno centro, vicinissimo alle seggiovie. Parcheggio presente. Struttura in legno, molto carina e accogliente la hall; presente ascensore ; colazione molto abbondante e veramente varia. Personale molto disponibile alle nostre richieste, sia i dipendenti che lo stesso Danilo. Noi siamo stati molto bene.

Ho soggiornato con mio marito una sola notte ed e’ bastata per capire che non torneremo più in questo hotel: 1. All’arrivo, reception deserta, senza nessun tipo di accoglienza. Abbiamo chiamato più volte il numero indicato sul sito, peccato fosse inesistente! 2. Ad accoglierci dopo 3 ore, un anziano signore con evidenti fatiche gestionali; non ci ha dato alcuna informazione legata all’hotel (Wi-Fi,check out, check in, orari ecc). 3. Camera terribile, con vecchi arredi, letti separati con addirittura due piumoni distinti, nonostante avessimo richiesto un letto matrimoniale. Polvere ovunque, tanto che abbiamo passato la notte con la finestra aperta per poter respirare e far girare l’aria. Bagno discutibile, senza doccia e privo di piani di appoggio. 4. Dulcis in fundo ... Non siamo riusciti a fare il Check out per assenza di personale!!!! Al momento della partenza (anticipata dopo una notte insonne), scendiamo in reception alle 7:30 e non troviamo nessuno. A questo punto, dopo aver chiamato il numero di “emergenza”scritto a penna e lasciato sul bancone (con scarsi risultati .. il signore anziano non capiva!), decidiamo di abbondare l’hotel e lasciare le chiavi alla reception fantasma (meno male avevamo già pagato tramite Booking)! A mai più!

Ottimo Hotel in zona centralissima. Conduzione famigliare persone schiette e gentili. Consiglio sicuramente. Il tempo passato nel loro albergo è stato ben speso. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Avevo letto alcune recensioni non positive sulla colazione, smentisco! Anche la colazione è buona ed abbondante con prodotti di qualità.
