Great service in general but the shuttle service is a bit messy

The front desk service is inconsistent in regard to who is giving the information you need. We’ve had issues with heating and heard 2-3 different stories of why there was insufficient heat. However, the food is pretty good. The shuttle service can be better in letting you know if they decide to pick you up from the cableway or not. We learned, after waiting for over 40 minutes to be picked up from the cableway, that if there are too many passengers from the first pick up location (church) they will not come to the cableway stop. Otherwise it is a decent place to stay while you are enjoying your winter vacation!

Albergo con ottimo servizio di ristorazione, cibo di qualità e porzioni sempre generose, personale di sala molto gentile e disponibile. Direttamente sulle piste. Molto pulito. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto uno spiacevole inconveniente in quanto nostro figlio ha dimenticato in camera un oggetto non di lusso ma a lui caro e non hanno dimostrato nessun interesse nella ricerca! In un albergo 4 stelle lusso non è ammissibile! Anche perché l oggetto è in albergo! Alcune ragazze della reception non all altezza e a volte molto indisponenti. Peccato. In più abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera e non ci hanno aiutato a sistemare i bagagli nella nuova suite ma abbiamo dovuto metterli nella sala a loro dedicata e per le 15.00 ( dalle ore 11.00 rimasti senza camera) riportarli nella nuova stanza . Per il prezzo pagato albergo non all altezza. Peccato!

Décevant, On est arrivé à 20h il n y avais personne sur la queue du checking, employé mal formé super lente ça nous appris 20 minutes environ pour prendre enfin la clé de la chambre.L’hotel puis l’eau de javel depuis la réception, aucun envie de y aller profiter de la pisicine. Les lits sont super dur aucun confort, j’ai eu super mal au bas du dos deux jours de suites, la chambre étais super bruyante, tu entends les gens parler crier et claquer les portes, toute le long, pas de coffre dedans la chambre, pas de support pour les chaussures mouillées dans la chambre et même pas un armoire pour mettre les habits, la machine à café dedans la chambre ne funccione pas.Tu dois payer 20 euros par jour le parking, 20 euros pour utiliser le fitness et spa, une arnaque.j’ai vraiment détesté mon expérience, le Check out aussi la même employé lente à pris encore 15 minutes, parce que elle ne comprenait pas.

Overpriced, overrated, under delivered. Hotel was clean and modern with nice showers and convenient ski rental- that’s all of the positives. Restaurant was awful, amateur service, poorly cooked food, repetitive and inconsistent with literally everything chargeable (advertised as a gourmet restaurant with specific egg menu- not included 7eur for a fried egg). Pool charged at 20 eur per person, residents not entitled to use (spa I would have thought was chargeable but not to pool) so forget a 30 min dip after skiing. Hotel temperature is insane- boiling. Room temps don’t run off the thermostat on the wall- that would be too obvious, controlled by downstairs and the computer was broke. Outside balcony lights controlled by downstairs and shine through paper thin curtains at night. Shower is lovely but in the middle of the room in front of the door to the hall so offer zero privacy, surprise surprise 6 eur a night for water- family of four costs start to rack up pretty quickly. Bar was nice but the fire advertised was imaginary- a bit like the service, 30 min wait for a drink- quicker than a coffee in the morning though which often never showed at all despite 2-3 requests. Shuttle fits 8 people despite 72 people staying here- constant battle to get into town. Not surprising given the standards on offer here. We all hated the food and ate out, annoying as we only stayed here as it was a ‘gourmet’ restaurant. Avoid.

Endnu et skønt ophoæd på White Angel. Hoj standard, skøn spa, lækker morgenmad, fine værelser og ski inn/out. Vi kommer bestemt tilbage.

Huoneessa olisi voinut olla vaikka pienet nojatuolit huone kuitenkin sviitti, kaksi tuolia ei oikein vastannut odotusta. Parvekkeella olisi myös hyvä olla ainakin tuolit ja pieni pöytä. Aamiaisella voisi olla ilmaistuna että tilaamalla saa munakkaita, nyt sen sai jos ymmärsi asiaa tiedustella.
