The hotel is lovely, beautifully furnished with great facilities. The room is airy and a welcoming spaces. A BIG shout out to the guys that shuttled us up and down the mountain, they did it with a smile, very helpful and kind… ( gems) The reception always lovely, helpful, courteous. The problem cane with the bar and dinning room… hospitality lacked in these areas. One bar man in particular was rude, lacked interpersonal skills. ( not sure if he was the head bartender) In the dinning room, a splendid space food was delicious. Some of the waiters were lovely…. Two were not !! One evening i came down stairs with a migraine and the ceiling light was bright, we moved the table a little which did not help. The previous night a similar request had been asked via another guest and a waiter got the end of a broom and Nudged the light out of their eyes. ( job done everyone-happy I asked and a senior waiter with a beard grabbed the table without asking and yanked it while we were still at it, drinks nearly everywhere. He stormed off clearly in his usual moody demeanour and stood telling a female colleague who was also identified as a senior on the floor and stood staring at our table in absolute disgust…. It wasn’t a quick glance it was a 15 second stare of hate… it was truly uncomfortable/ scary. The next evening sat in the bar you could see a staff meeting. The waiters were on each other shoulders moving the lights around and laughing. Absolutely appalling behaviour: shame on the management. Loved the skiing.

La struttura è nuova, con arredi moderni ma sempre con il feeling di montagna. Ampi spazi comuni, tutto organizzato alla perfezione, la Sky Room sembra una SPA (almeno quella VIP dove avevamo accesso noi). Ottima la possibilità di accedere alle piste molto facilmente o l'impeccabile servizio di navette nel caso di esigenze diverse. Camera di medie dimensioni (idem il bagno), forse qualche mq2 in più sarebbe stato utile visto che in montagna si portano sempre molte più cose rispetto a una vacanza da altre parti. Piscina, SPA e ristoranti (così come la colazione) perfetti. Molto carina anche l'animazione, che generalmente tendo a evitare e che invece in questo caso mi ha sorpreso positivamente. Tutto fatto con misura, poco invadente e in modo molto professionale. Altra cosa positiva è la doppia opzione di parcheggio, all'aperto (gratuito) o in garage (a pagamento). Unica not un pò stonata è avere l'accesso alla SPA limitato (nel nostro caso 2 ingressi su 4 notti), che per una struttura a 5 stelle, lo trovo un pò una forzatura.

Appena arrivata in camera (5 stelle) sono scivolata su di una pericolosa pendenza non segnalata, un miracolo che non abbia battuto la testa e ci sia rimasta secca. Dopo due gg di dolori lancinanti sono tornata a casa a fare una radiografia: frattura della costola. Non mi hanno rimborsato le due notti non usufruite (per 2 camere ) e nemmeno offerto di recuperarle, sarebbe stato il minimo visto che mi sono infortunata nella loro struttura. Successivamente non hanno nemmeno risposto alla lettera del mio avvocato! Inqualificabili. Colazione non all’altezza di un 5 stelle, spa gratuita solo il primo giorno, poi 30 Euro a testa. Non lo consiglio

A wonderful resort for a family holiday over Easter. Everything was great, from the convenient ski room and shuttle bus into town, the spacious rooms, excellent buffet breakfast and dinner and the evening entertainment. Nice pool and spa. Special mention for the amazing mini club! Compliments to Jessica and her team, our children had so much fun and cried when we had to leave. I would highly recommend this resort for a family ski holiday :)

Terrible service, waiters was simply afraid to come and serve us and the staff in general didten understand us at all, no one here knows English. When we asked for wine because we where a big group, the gave us one bottle and then switched the winecard out for a card with double the price on the same bottles.

Hotel favoloso, personale che ci lavora ancora di più! Soprattutto Giuseppe e Jessica sono stati calorosissimi facendoci sentire a nostro agio nella sala gaming, durante il torneo sono stati eccezionali fornendo aiuti (esp. Comandi). Una bellissima esperienza!

La realtà è stata addirittura migliore di quello che immaginavo. Avevo un po’ il timore di un grande villaggio vacanza, invece ci sono gli spazi adeguati per tutti e dall’arredamento al mangiare, dall’ animazione per bambini, a tutto il personale direi tutto eccellente. Unica nota inferiore, per il mio personale stile di vita: piscina stra fantastica ma freddina per i miei gusti. Anche il corridoio che arriva al cristallino 2 mi sembrava freddo e stanza meravigliosa ma assolutamente non insonorizzata. Comunque a parte queste piccole note negative, nel complesso vacanza strepitosa e grazie anche per gli intrattenimenti serali veramente di qualità.

Bellissimo hotel, dotato di ogni confort. Animazione super, soprattutto Jessica che ha saputo intrattenere con gioia e allegria la nostra bambina! Bellissima esperienza. Piscina stupenda e cibo ottimo. La struttura ha anche una palestra per chi vuole dedicarsi alli sport! Che dire, fantastico

Esperienza fantastica. Resort top da tutti i punti di vista, eccezionale per chi scia ma anche per praticare qualsiasi altro sport. Servizi eccellenti e in particolar modo merita davvero un grande elogio il servizio ValturLand per bambini diretto da Jessica, eccezionale con tutti i bimbi (ha saputo coinvolgere le mie bimbe come nessuno mai ci era riuscito prima) Quindi un ringraziamento va a tutto il personale di Valtur Land e al personale di tutto l’hotel per aver reso meravigliosa la nostra vacanza.
