Por cuarto año, no consecutivo, hemos vuelto al Excelsior Planet, pero siempre que vamos a Cervinia, nos alojamos allí. Puedo hablar hablar de una perfecta una ubicación, de unas habitaciones acogedoras, este año no la cogimos con vistas al Cervino, aunque debido al tiempo solo lo hubiéramos podido ver un día…. Pero este año tengo especial interés en hablar del personal del restaurante, de agradecerles su trato familiar, su cercanía, su atención, su simpatía, su saber estar en absolutamente todo, no se sus nombres, sólo de Pepe, GRAZIE MILLE!! Espero volver a veros, y llevaros algo de nuestro queso, ya que siempre habéis estado pendiente de que no nos faltara vuestro Gorgonzola . Seguiré contando: desayuno buenísimo y …. que decir de la cena? Platos Gourmet todos, ¿lo malo? que al volver hay que hacer dieta ♀️. En nuestra semana nevó, mucho no, muchiiiisimo, espesores desconocidos para esta época, lo que hizo que los dos últimos días cerraran y no pudiéramos hacer otra cosa que estar en el hotel, pudiendo disfrutar del salón con la chimenea, aperitivos, cafés …. darnos masajes, bajar a la zona de relax La nevada hizo que el parking del hotel exterior se tapara, pero fue el más rápido de la zona en limpiarse. Recomiendo este hotel a todo mundo que vaya a Cervinia, y busque comodidad, bienestar, trato familiar, comer bien… Gracias también al personal de recepción, a todos. Esperamos veros pronto

Stayed here with friends for our annual skiing holiday and definitely made the right choice. First and foremost, it`s location to the lifts is superb, nothing more to add on that point really. The ski cellar / boot room is on the lower ground floor, access to street level is by a rather quirky lift. Our room was directly facing the Matterhorn, what a view to wake up to every morning. Hotel and rooms are very clean, great all round service. The restaurant is superb, comprehensive choice at breakfast and wonderful food at dinner with an excellent wine list as well. Overall, a great stay and would definitely return.

We really loved this hotel. Hotel really ticks all the boxes for location and facilities…. But what really stands out is how exceptionally the staff looked after us and the food ! Everyone was so welcoming, warm and friendly, it made us feel very relaxed and at home. The food and wine were unbelievably good. We stayed half board and enjoyed every single breakfast and dinner. What made a particular difference to us was how brilliantly the staff adapted the menu for our son who is severely allergic to milk. We were given full confidence that they took the allergy very seriously and we were able to relax and enjoy mealtimes which is normally hard to do when eating out. Further, the chef created specially adapted milk free dishes - including the most delicious special deserts giving him the best dining experience of his life. Hugest thanks to Michaeli, Riccardo and all of the team for giving us all an unforgettable week - we’ll be back. Highly highly recommend.

Having done many, many ski trips and stayed in a multitude of different hotels, all I can say is this by far and away the ski hotel we've ever stayed in! There's nothing to fault, the location is perfect, the rooms are spacious and well designed, the dinner each night is heavenly and to top it all off, the staff are some of the best we've come across!! If you're going on a skiing holiday to Cervinia, book at this hotel!

Hotel stupendo è un diminutivo. Situato nel centro di Cervinia. Puoi raggiungere a piedi le piste da sci. Personale qualificato e altamente attento e affidabile. La cena è una esperienza unica con piatti più unici che rari. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Hotel bello e rinnovato. Camere nuove e pulite. Cucina ottima. Colazione molto varia, apprezzato l’estrattore per le centrifughe! Personale di sala molto gentile. La nostra suite con due camere da letto era molto bella. Letti e cuscini molto comodi.

After 21 visits over 18 years, I am running out of superlatives to describe this hotel. This year, we made two visits, one with our American family in February and later as a couple in March. The warmth of the welcome from all the staff, combined with the amazing cuisine never ceases to amaze me. On both visits, we stayed in a very spacious and recently refurbished junior suite with a view of the Matterhorn. The skiing convenience is a big advantage. The Cretaz lifts are less than 100m while the hotel offers a free shuttle to the gondola, with its direct access to Plan Maison, at the bottom of the village. Then there is the spa area (the booking system via reception avoids overcrowding) and a comfortable lounge, complete with log fire and friendly bar service. The balance of professionalism and friendliness really sets this hotel apart. For a skiing holiday, it is the perfect place to stay.

Excellent service from start to end. Friendly, helpful staff at the reception, and in the restaurant the delightful and energetic Martina and Pepe made our week of fine dining fun and enjoyable with their attentive and congenial service. The food was astounding every night - amazing flavours and clever presentation. The mezzanine mini suite was comfortable, with a great shower, big bath and good beds. Masses of storage too, and an amazing view to greet every morning. The ski room was great too, with our own locker allocated. We’d have no hesitation returning.

Struttura molto ben tenuta in centro a Cervinia a due passi dagli impianti. Disponibile sia parcheggio esterno che garage. Servizio di pulizia in camera due volte al giorno ed impeccabile. Ristorante con piatti ben fatti e con ampia scelta, personale squisito. Il centro benessere è piccolino, forse terrei la temperatura della piscina un po' più alta. Si room comoda con armadietti riscaldati. È la nostra seconda volta ma sicuramente ci torneremo.
