Motel and not hotel
Self checkin since we were late. Checkin process was easy. Room door didn’t locked. It is like a motel then Hotel.

Endroit Horrible et réception zéro pointé
Arrivée le jour de l’ascension….aucune réception. On appelle 4 fois pour que qqun décroche et me dise ce qu’il faut faire….nuits pour une personne âgée de 81 an seule en rdj sans personne ….on a fui . Je veux être remboursée de ces 4 nuits.
