In un luogo, il Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, dove si sta bene ovunque sui vada… cosa fa la differenza? L’essere umano, e il “nostro essere umano” è stata la BRILLANTE Sig.ra Hallenore! Io ed il mio compagno ci siamo appena stati, abbiamo trascorso una sola notte, quella tra sabato 9 e domenica 10 agosto 2025. L'hotel Gasser è una dependance della "casa madre" GrunerBaum poco più avanti, dove si fa sempre il check-out, ed anche il check-in in alcuni orari. Infatti è proprio a quel desk che l’abbiamo conosciuta! Sono entrata il giorno prima, di passaggio e di fretta mentre stavamo andando verso altra destinazione, per chiedere la disponibilità di una stanza, esponendo anche una mia “personale criticità logistica” e lei si è immediatamente mostrata comprensiva, accogliente, problem-solver. A quel punto non ho avuto dubbi: prenotiamo! GRAZIE HALLENORE! Della stanza possiamo dire solo bene: graziosa, dotata di tutto il necessario, e il Gasser ha quel sapore un po' "retrò" che ci ha fatti sentire come "in una casa privata". Inoltre colazione perfetta!

Haben in der Tiefgarage geparkt…wenn man dann dort den Eingang benutzt und es nicht gerade gut riecht (modrig), ist schon der erste Eindruck dahin! Grund dafür wahrscheinlich der indoor Pool!
Ich hatte am Anreisetag Geburtstag, aufmerksam wäre gewesen, wenn man mindestens gratuliert hätte! Ich musste meinen Ausweis abgeben, da hätte man es erkennen können! Einrichtung insgesamt sehr altmodisch. Positiv war das Frühstücksbuffet! Da hat es an nichts gefehlt!
