The hotel is a little far from the train station, about a 15-minute walk, but it is close to the bus station. There is also a Conan supermarket next to it, so it is very convenient for shopping. I was very satisfied with it as a whole, especially because I was able to borrow a kettle. It was a very satisfying trip!

I booked ortisei temporarily but there was no room available, so I had to drive to this town to check in. The parking fee was 10 euros per night. There were parking spaces on the ground, but the front desk said that it was only allowed to park for 15 minutes. In order to avoid trouble, I parked in the parking lot. We went to Bressanone for a conference and had a great time at this property. The room was comfortable and air conditioned (not a given). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located on a busy main road. The entrance area and reception area appear noticeably dated – they are in dire need of renovation. Check-in was somewhat disconcerting: We were asked if we needed a hairdryer. After we answered yes, one was handed to us without comment – to take to our room. We have never experienced such a procedure in a hotel before and found it inappropriate. The renovated rooms, which are stylishly and comfortably furnished with a modern design, deserve special mention. The breakfast room is also tastefully decorated. The breakfast buffet is simple but fine for us. A large container of Nutella (approx. 10 kg) placed in the middle of the buffet seemed a bit unfortunate – visually anything but appealing. The location to the city center is very convenient, about a 10-minute walk away. Overall, there are both positives and negatives – with a few adjustments, the hotel would have real potential.
