酒店的大堂、房間和衞生間都比較大，我訂的是複式家庭房，有個按摩浴缸。早餐不錯。停車場也可以。位置有點偏但對自駕來説很合適

4 stelle?!? Forse, ma forse tre stelle ad esagerare! Pulizia sommaria, camera più che minimal, bagno idem. Accessori inesistenti, due saponette, due bagno doccia, due cuffiette doccia e due bicchieri di plastica... Phon anteguerra, non uno spazzolino e dentifricio. Non parliamo della colazione, un disastro! Buffet scarno e con prodotti dozzinali ed il personale addetto che non si sa cosa faccia, tutto da richiedere, bevande, alimenti, bicchieri ecc. Personale in generale gentile, ma non cortese e disponibile. Sicuramente non è una struttura 4 stelle, se non per il prezzo...meglio andare altrove! Da evitare !

Ci sono stato due volte. La prima ho cambiato 3 camere causa animaletti in ognuna. Una camera aveva grande odore di fumo. Pulizia assente, riscaldamento non funzionava e ventola rumorosa. Cassaforte non funzionante e scarico acqua malfunzionante. Bicchieri di plastica. La seconda volta minibar spento, bagno per invalidi caldissimo, abbiamo dormito con la finestra aperta, telecomando TV non funzionante. Reception non all'altezza di un 4 stelle e senso generale di squallore. Da evitare.

Tutto discutibile
Tutto molto rivedibile, dall'odore in camera alla struttura in sè. La sensazione avuta è che la camera non venisse pulita da tempo (sicuramente i vetri dei bagni). Servizio colazione, sarà stato per il numero di persone presenti in struttura, insufficiente nell'assortimento, nella qualità e anche nell'organizzazione del personale.
