This place could be amazing....
The hotel is new and everything is nice and clean in the apartments. Beds are comfortable. There is very little light throughout the apartment, including by the mirrors in the bathroom.
We had booked the Deluxe Penthouse - however the unit we got had NO view and a tall wall as the boundary of the balcony. The staff agreed it was false advertising , but the owners (a German business group) does not want to change the photos (or the price).
The strangest part of the stay was, that you have to pay 10 Euro for a normal chair by the pool per day per person .Our family have travelled many places in the world, and this is odd.
The whole facility had grass that was 10-30 cm tall, which was also a little odd given the otherwise very neat appearance of the hotel.
Staff were all very nice and helpful!
All in all, 3 stars is all I can give - but with some minor adjustments (pool chairs included, more light in units, and be upfront about the view from the units, this hotel could easily earn 5 star reviews.

Just back from a week stay and it’s one of the best places I have ever stayed for a trip with family. The location is amazing, breathtaking scenery and just across the road from the lake. Apartments are very spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The staff and service is excellent and the food in the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. We cannot wait to visit again!

Leider habe ich mit dem June Stay Lake Garda sehr, sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Wir wollten im August 2024 für 1 Woche in das June Stay Lake Garda fahren. Ein paar Tage vor der Abreise ist meine Mutter schwer erkrankt und musste ins Krankenhaus. Ich habe das Hotel sofort informiert, dass wir nicht kommen können, da der Zustand lebensbedrohlich ist und ich bei natürlich bei meiner Mutter bleiben möchte. Man sagte mir, dass man den Aufenthalt leider nicht mehr stornieren kann, aber ich solle mich an die Hauptverwaltung in Berlin wenden. Wenn ich Glück habe, bekäme ich sogar eine Gutschrift und kann das Hotel zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt besuchen. Dies war leider nicht der Fall, was ich auch verstehen kann. Ich bat dann sowohl das Hotel am Gardasee als auch die Zentrale in Berlin um eine Bestätigung für meine Reiserücktrittsversicherung, dass wir den Aufenthalt nicht angetreten haben. Bis heute - Mai 2025 - warte ich darauf. Ich habe sehr viele Mails geschrieben und auch telefonisch versicherte man mir immer wieder, dass man mir die Bestätigung zuschickt. Bis heute habe ich nichts bekommen. Leider ein sehr schlechter Kundenservice.

We were greeted by the wonderful Brazilian receptionist who was kind and so attentive. The apartment was super nice, spacious and clean. Very modern and great design. We had a private terrace and views of the lake which was steps away! Great location and walking distance to bars and restaurants! Highly recommend this place

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft besonders Familien sowie all jenen empfehlen, die eine Workation planen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet.
Dank der guten Lage erreicht man mit dem Auto in weniger als 30 Minuten viele lebhafte Orte. In der Hochsaison laden außerdem wunderschöne Badebuchten in der Nähe der Unterkunft zum Schwimmen und Entspannen ein.
