If I can rate it a zero for customer service I will, she was so mean, we booked a room for 3 on Priceline and paid for 3 when we arrived she kept us waiting from 3:10 pm until 5:25 pm over 2 hours and she didn’t care about if we are tired or no but she said she have to call *********** then she said we have to wait until they call her back even we ask her to please give us the room key but still she didn’t care, also there is no parking as they lost it on Priceline and she said you have to park on the street which is 2 Euros per hour if you are lucky enough to find one, we don’t recommend this place at all only thing was good is the hotel was clean to be honest but there is a lot better hotels with parking in the area that we found when we get there, also Air conditioning is off between 9am and 5 pm without any notice on the website that was a jock. All she wanted is to charge us 100 euros extra for my son which was not honest at all and I already paid for 3 persons when we booked, will never go there again and DO NOT recommend it for anyone,

Abbiamo trascorso una notte, di passaggio da Castelletto durante il ns trekking da Affi a Torbole: scelta azzeccata! Camera confortevole, pulitissima e perfetta per un sonno ristoratore; colazione con magnifico buffet di cose buone! Personale simpatico e competente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

bellissima esperienza, la suite con vista lago è una meraviglia, soprattutto al tramonto. la camera pulita perfettamente e molto ampia. il servizio eccellente, tutti cordiali e gentili. oltretutto il ristorante è uno dei più buoni della zona. stra consiglio!

Hotel situato nel centro di Castelletto, camere nuove, a noi hanno riservato una stanza con una bella vista sul porticciolo. Staff molto gentile, abbiamo avuto il primo contatto con la sig.ra Antonella alla reception la quale ha accontentato le nostre esigenze e fornito utili indicazioni. Il giorno dopo Grazia ha saputo mettere a nostro agio i bambini con dolcezza e simpatia. La colazione abbondante, c è praticamente di tutto dal dolce al salato. Castelletto è un paesino uscito da una cartolina, veramente spettacolare. Peccato esserci stati una solo notte! Davvero consigliato.

Guardando nella nostra nostra zona abbiamo trovato questo hotel,devo essere sincera per quanto riguarda le Smartbox c'erano solo recensioni negative e da lì ci siamo un po' scoraggiarti,invece ci hanno accolto bene, avevamo solo una notte e la colazione però la camera è fantastica pulita nuova e climatizzata e non per niente rumorosa,il giorno dopo c'era un altra signora veramente carinissima ,nel buffet della colazione c'è di tutto e di più e tutto molto buono,io devo dire che e veramente un bel posto...unica nota dolente sono i parcheggi a pagamento aime cosi ovunque, però x nemmeno una giornata 30euro ... essendo x un giorno è andata così, sicuramente gli hotel per chi soggiorna avranno qualche tessera ... Comunque a parte quello noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consiglio...

It’s was our first time @ Lake Garda and we didn’t know what to expect , we’re well in our 70’s and have travelled the world , the Hotel Danieli was an excellent choice as a base to explore the Northern Area of Lake Garda . A lovely lady called Antonella welcomed us , our room was not the biggest but was very clean with a very comfortable bed , great shower room . Breakfast was hosted by Orazia , another lovely lady with lots of energy and happy to advise on buses and ferries etc . Plenty of choice of cereal ,eggs , breads , cakes , fruit , juice and a fabulous coffee machine . The hotel is situated on the main thoroughfare and overlooking the small harbour . Would we return to the Hotel Danieli ? In a heartbeat 😁

Great friendly family run hotel with fabulous food and service. All the staff were very helpful. In a beautiful village location with many cafes and restaurants . A great base for travelling around the lake. Both bus and ferry spots in easy walking distance

Very clean modern rooms, complete with fridge. Aircon is on from 5pm to 9am for environmental reasons. Not a problem as you’re out all day. Breakfast has a good variety including hot and cold foods. We stayed half board and dinner was served at 7pm with a choice of starter (homemade pasta or soup) and a choice of main (meat or vegetarian). Food is homely Italian cooking and all homemade including the breads. There is also an al a carte restaurant (usually served in lovely courtyard between hotel reception and bar) with a more extensive menu again all homemade and freshly prepared. The bar is excellent with great service (Lauda was exceptional) and a wide variety of gins. Cocktail list was pretty good too. All staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Location is excellent. Local bus stops very close (mostly late though) and the ferry just across the road so you can visit the rest of beautiful Lake Garda. We will definitely be back to this hotel.
