Sonesta Simply Suites in Brentwood is the place to be if you are traveling. The rooms were clean, and the hotel was close to shopping and places to eat. I can’t write a review without mentioning Doyle, at the front desk. He was witty, but yet caring. He’s the best I’ve seen in customer service. I’ll stay here again, if no other reason, but to speak to Doyle. He’s great!

I booked this with all the amenities, including a kitchen space, but was pleasantly surprised to find out there is also a free laundry service. all you need to do is buy the detergent they sell which is a load for $1.50. You can do laundry and enjoy the coffee bar while you wait. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. Doyle and Misty were very kind and communitive. Doyle was the person who helped me check and in made me feel right at home there. The room is very nice and clean. I tend to have trouble sleeping when traveling but I found the bedding and pillows there to be very comfortable. Overalll one of the best places I have rested at in a long time.

Clean, and convenient with friendly, helpful staff. We had to book an extra night for to a delay, and they were very accommodating. Swimming pool looks delightful but we didn't pack suits. Places to eat within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

If you like clean, modern, comfortable hotels, do not stay here! I needed a place to stay for one night for a quick visit to Nashville and didn't want to pay a lot for a room I'd be in for a few hours...well, I should have spent the money! This hotel leaves little to be desired. The hotel itself is in serious need of some renovations. The common areas are OK, and the room seemed OK at first glance, but upon further inspection, it was pretty gross. The room had a horrible musty/dirty smell. The vents were disgusting. The metal side table and metal fixtures were all rusted, and there were multiple hairs (not mine) throughout the bathroom. I felt pretty grossed out just being in there. The bed appeared to be pretty clean and smelled clean, so thankfully, no issues there. I came in, slept, and left the next morning. The location is OK. It's tucked behind some office buildings and has some restaurants nearby. I would not stay here again and will be avoiding Sonesta hotels for a while!

Wow Nashville you really have impressed me after haven’t been here in over 10 years and a lot has changed the location was amazing super safe & friendly. When you’re in Nashville this is the place to stay.
