酒店地點距離kew bridge不遠，門口在施工修路，酒店左邊在造房子，走過去有吃飯的餐廳等，有gairl 咖啡，還算便利。酒店本身一貫風格，早餐還是比較多的，房間算大，總體出差住比較適合，就是暑期放假翻倍不美麗

Great value for money, warm room and convenient location. I recommend Feather & Heart for breakfast at the end of Brentford high street. And there is a Japanese simple restaurant 2 steps from the premier inn with good simple Japanese's food that tastes really good.

Fantastic staff, very helpful and sorted out a booking error that I had made. Every member of the team we dealt with during the stay was great. The hotel was very reasonably priced and is well located. As always with Premier Inn you know what you're getting.

Everything was great - parking was perfect, the staff were obliging and the room was clean and well presented. Everything was just as I would expect EXCEPT the meal deal! Unbeknown to us, the supplier of Premier Inn's food had ceased trading and over two thirds of the menu was unavailable. For the evening meal this didn't affect my choice but my wife struggled to find anything on the menu she wanted. At one point she suggested a refund for her part of the meal deal but this wasn't forthcoming so she settled for a burger. However, when it arrived, we were told they had no buns in which to put the burger in. This rather spoiled what was otherwise a pleasant stay. Afterwards we discussed and decided upon insisting on a refund for our breakfast part of the meal deal. Upon checking out we pressed the bell to discuss this but despite waiting a few minutes, we had to leave to meet an appointment so the matter remains outstanding.

Parking available (but need to pay), great customer service (Carl and Team), premier room was excellent. One of Two lifts not working, poor availability of meals at Dinner and some breakfast items missing. Christmas and Holiday period I believe seriously effected the working of the Hotel

I booked this hotel for my family’s 9-day stay, but unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. Despite asking the reception multiple times, the room was cleaned only three times during their stay, the bins were left unemptied for days, and toilets ran out of toilet paper. This lack of basic housekeeping was very disappointing and made their stay uncomfortable. While the reception staff were polite, they did not act on our requests, which was frustrating. I would not recommend staying here unless they address these issues. Cleanliness and guest comfort should always be a priority
