非常糟糕的體驗，根本不值得四星級以及這樣的價格 房間的地上有許多臟，甚至床單和椅子上有大量頭髮或者斑點，椅子和床墊都有莫名其妙的異味； 隔音非常差勁，可以完全聽清楚隔壁談話的內容； 酒店每日保潔會未經允許瘋狂地敲你的門，不管你是否在睡懶覺或者午覺，直到你提前一天告知前台不要這麼做，保潔人員甚至會告訴你如果現在不讓他們保潔他們就要下班走人了； 即便是每天都有的保潔，不會給你清潔床單或者椅子，他們衹是更換或者把你用過的東西重新歸位： 酒店的浴室非常落後，浴缸的塞子塞進去之後甚至無法用雙手取出，衹能讓他在那裡放着，housekeeper甚至直接無視這一點； 有兩個電梯，但是有一個一直損壞，所以每天都非常擁擠，而且電梯空間可能衹有3平方米； 在入住的當天房卡不知為何無法刷入，更換了一個才解決，第二天出去了一天房卡又莫名其妙失效了； 唯一符合預期的是酒店前台以及廚師態度很好，其餘都非常糟糕，令人窒息； 飯菜口味不錯，但是價格昂貴，同時所謂的soft drink居然直接是拿現成的飲料到杯子裏，酒保甚至在我點單時告訴我他可以mix them，沒想到直接拿混合果汁給我喝 根本沒有延遲退房，我被告知必須11點之前交付房卡 所言皆為事實，毫不誇張

Our family of four stayed at this hotel for three days and two nights while visiting friends in London. We added two days of buffet breakfast when booking the room, which was even more attractive because children could enjoy it for free. There are not many choices in the breakfast buffet, which are all English breakfast styles, but it suits my taste very well. I enjoy eating every day and the food is replenished quickly, which is really good. We stayed in a room with two double beds. The room had windows that could be opened and air conditioning that could be switched between hot and cold. There was no problem with the hygiene of the room. There was a bathtub in the bathroom and the children loved taking a bath there. Another thing was that I don't know if it was good luck or misfortune, the exhaust fan in the bathroom broke down shortly after we entered the room. Although we notified the front desk staff immediately, no staff came to repair it on the day we left the hotel. Fortunately, the children were able to stay warm while taking a bath. Since we were driving ourselves, we needed to use the hotel's parking lot, which was located in the basement of the hotel. The hotel had an elevator that went directly to each floor of the hotel, which was very convenient. The parking lot charged £14 per day and allowed unlimited entry and exit, but the parking spaces were very limited and narrow, so you had to be careful! The hotel only has a small gym and no other recreational facilities, but for us, we just want to have a good rest at night, have a good breakfast in the morning, and there is a convenient parking lot when we go out. There is also a large supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. The price is reasonable and we are really satisfied. Thank you to all the hotel staff for bringing us a pleasant journey. Next time I go to London to visit friends, I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel again
