This amazing building has been beautifully renovated, preserving the original characterful details while modernising the interiors for a perfect stay. The apartments are airy and expansive, with expertly-appointed interiors designed with your comfort in mind, and contemporary fixtures and fittings throughout. Large windows allow for plenty of natural light while also offering fantastic views of the surrounding area.
Open plan layouts provide you with plenty of space in which to work, cook and relax. Kitchens are fully equipped with high-spec integrated appliances, including an oven and hob, washer/dryer, and fridge/freezer. The modern bathrooms come with rain shower heads and the spacious bedrooms contain high-quality beds and plenty of storage.
Guests have use of a lift, as well as outdoor space: the ground floor apartments have private gardens, while some apartments on other levels come with balconies and the top-floor apartments have access to roof terraces. There is also a bike store on site.

Iv been staying here since July 2024 And Iv had the best service! This place has made me feel at home and the customer service line has always been there! Charlotte Chaplin is a wonderful woman! She has made my stay so easy. Housekeeping are great! Reading reviews about touch pads to gain access is not fair! Batteries die just like your phones! Internet can be down in your homes! This place is gorgeous and service is there!

Told we could get in to apartment at midday but we’re not given access until after 4pm even though the flat was ready before then. When granted access kept getting locked out as battery flat on entrance pad. Instructions said gate near a bus stop which it wasn’t. . Aircon set to very cold and no instructions on how to change. Told there was parking but it was paid parking at the Travelodge. No phone reception and WiFi stopped working on 4th day. I needed it for work. We had a baby with us and the electric platform for wheelchairs and prams wasn’t working. I understand that things don’t go wrong sometimes but we were lied to before we got there and the “customer service was unhelpful and rude” They also entered the apartment when we were out. The location is good but definitely not worth the hassle

Good apartment let down by terrible customer servi
Awful customer service, locked out of the apartment due to batteries not being checked/changed in door locks. Took approx 3 hrs and multiple phone calls to get it sorted.

Visit to Kew
Only 2 tiny issues, the wifi code wasn't witten down and the door code was 9 digits, so had to get emails up every time we wanted to enter the apartment. Being picky the apartment was beautiful very quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay again. 10 minutes walk to Kew Gardens and 5 minutes to a train into London.

Left locked out of the apartment for 3 hours on arrival due to flat batteries on door lock, messed about for ages by customer service staff until someone eventually came out to gain access and change the batteries. Refused any redress due to "cancellation policy" even though it was nothing to do with this. Apartment was nice though once we managed to get in a dry off!!
