Stayed here for half term week. It was absolutely incredible. The staff, the food, the facilities, the rooms… I have never been to a hotel with so much stuff to do for kids and the quality of activities for them was SO good. If you are looking for a hotel for kids in a stunning area this is it.

Ogni cosa è stata semplicemente perfetta e sopra le aspettative. I servizi per le famiglie sono incredibili ma in generale l’hotel riesce sempre a garantire qualcosa in più rispetto a qualsiasi altro posto mai visitato. Nota di merito alnpersonale

This was our first winter abroad holiday as a family. Resort is well situated in stunning scenery, views from restaurant and pool/spa were idilic. Staff were so friendly and really felt like a small, personal team. In particular special mention to Renato who looked after us every evening in the restaurant with fantastic attention to detail. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job as hotel and rooms spotless. The hotel is family centred, was so much to keep us all entertained. We loved the ninja warrior course and action room. The food options were great for little and big palates. We were able to borrow all the baby things we needed from the hotel. Pool and spa were great and a nice balance between child focused and luxury relaxation. Our son went on the bus everyday to ski school and the pick up and drop off service to the slopes was fantastic and he was well looked after. Fantastic outdoor play facilities and we all loved the sledging!! Thank you for a special trip!!!

Das Gesamtpaket ist für eine junge Familie einfach perfekt. Super Ambiente, immer etwas geboten, ausgezeichnetes Essen, überaus freundliches Personal! Gerade im Winter ist die Atmosphäre im Hotel ideal. Schnell beim Wintersport und schnell wieder im Wellness!

Il prezzo giustifica tutto ciò che ha rappresentato questa vacanza, c’è qualche dettaglio sulla camera e la zona wellness adult only da sistemare ma nulla di rilevante. I protagonisti sono i bambini e devo dire che qui c’è tutto per le loro indimenticabili vacanze e per far rilassare papà e mamma, bravo tutto lo staff e la proprietà che ha messo in piedi una struttura curata e moderna….direi tra le migliori vissute in trentino.
