The location is good, it is 5' from the airport by car, so you can also hear the planes passing by quite a bit. The apartments have sufficient equipment with supermarkets and cafes nearby. A little old and poorly insulated between them, you can hear a lot of noise from other rooms and the cleaning cart can also be heard passing by and they knock on the door soon to clean the apartment. Some beds are quite noisy. The price seems economical to me, but observing everything said above regarding noise... I would look for another better option that exists for very little more.

Angenehmes Hotel mit freundlichem, hilfsbereitem Personal und insgesamt passablem, dem Preis angemessenem Büffet. Leider direkt in der Einflugschneise des nahe gelegenen Flughafens, aber die Anzahl der Flüge ist überschaubar. Wenn man viel unterwegs ist und nicht nur am Pool liegt, noch weniger störend. Wenige direkte Parkmöglichkeiten, aber in akzeptabler Nähe immer etwas zu finden. Einziges wirkliches Manko ist, dass es keinen direkten Zugang zum Meer gibt und man immer über an der Hauptstraße entlang um den großen Hotelkomplex herum gehen muss.

Definitely not a 4 star. Misleading to say every room has a terrace or balcony and the pictures are misleading. We were given a room in the block across the road. There was no balcony and the room faced a large hill which was oppressive. There was road noise and the room needed serious work to get it up to even a three star. There was no heating or air conditioning and all the pools were freezing. We asked at reception for a room with a terrace or balcony and were told they only had one room available and that we wouldn’t like it. We viewed it and although it was in the basement and it as bad a condition as the first one, it had a terrace and was on the main site of the hotel so we took it. The hot breakfast food was cold although there was a good choice. Good points, the staff at breakfast were very friendly, there are restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and there is a bus stop close by to Santa Cruz.

The hotel is a gem with a relaxed, chilled atmosphere, friendly, kind staff & great buffet breakfast/fast & dinner. 5 minutes from the airport and 10 mins bus ride to Santa Cruz. Set just back from the sea, in grounds with 3 pools, kids, medium & large and a large terrace with lots of sunbeds & large bar terrace area. I would give the rooms a 4 * as although large, we had a kitchenette we didn’t use & a patio on the ground floor, they were a little dated.

El hotel está bien ubicado para estar tranquilo y la atención es muy buena. El desayuno buffet es muy variado.
Cosas mejorables: la dureza de las camas, tener habitaciones con plato de ducha, y sería ideal contar con A/A (al menos en la habitación).
