What an amazing place! The garden is absolutely beautiful, the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere is just fantastic. We truly loved our stay here and will definitely come back!

De tuin is het visitekaartje en ziet er geweldig uit, in het echt nog beter dan op fotosDe medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam van receptie tot schoonmaak. Bij het zwembad is het prima toeven, genoeg plekken met beschutting door parasols. Geen bezoekers die in de vroege ochtend een plek claimen. Strand op 50 meter van het hotel, echter neem wel een parasolletje of zo iets mee voor beschutting. Het eten: ontbijt en avond eten. Er is gewoon voor ieder wat wils en de smaak en kwaliteit is gewoon goed. Als je een auto wil huren en dat niet vooraf hebt gedaan, dit is heel makkelijk te regelen bij de receptie. Voor excursies en tips welke dingen te ondernemen kan je ook bij de medewerkers te recht. Wij vonden het echt een geweldig hotel in alle facetten. Zijn er dan geen negatieve dingen. Tsja als je pech hebt en je hebt boven of naast je kamer luidruchtige gasten dan hoor je die, maar dat is normaal. Over het algemeen zijn de kamers niet gehorig. Zit je kamer aan de kant van het parkeerterrein, geen reden tot zorg. Je hebt daar echt geen overlast van. La palma ansich is een mooi relaxt eiland, waar nog een echt sprake is van massa toerisme.

Location perfetta, inserita in una folta vegetazione tropicale e non, con all’interno casette su due piani con vista mare o giardino. Piscina molto grande con molti lettini e ombrelloni (c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta). La nota dolente è il cibo: la colazione e la cena, sia per qualità che per quantità, sono molto ma molto al di sotto dello standard dell’albergo.

En fait, les chambres disposent aussi d’une cuisine. Nôtre chambre était très vaste, remise à neuf, avec balcon. Personnel extrêmement à l’écoute et avenant. Localisation idéale à 10 min de l’aéroport. Très recommandable.

Das charmante Hotel liegt inmitten eines wunderschönen Botanischen Gartens, direkt am Meer. Schöne Zimmer, ein großzügiger Pool (ca. 40m lang), super nettes Personal und die Pool-Bar ist mit einer richtigen Espressomaschine ausgestattet. Die Partner-Autovermietung "Acoron" war ebenfalls tadellos. Es war einfach nur schön.

We hebben een heerlijke gehad op Hacienda San Jorge. Mooie uitvalbasis om uitstapjes te maken. Prachtige tuin, ruim appartement en vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. We komen zeker een keertje terug.

Lovely gardens and a very restful setting. Staff were great. Everything very clean and pleasant. Walking distance of Santa Cruz (assuming you like walking - approx 45 minutes).
