The hotel environment is good, the room is quite spacious, the window is right outside the port, the breakfast is also good with many varieties, the staff is also attentive and enthusiastic, there is a children's opinion picture book in the room, after filling it out and handing it in, the two children also received a small gift. The only drawback is that the bathroom in the room is facing the bed, and the bathroom glass is translucent, which makes it very embarrassing for adults and children to take a bath.

Hotel in das man gerne mehrmals kommt
Man ist ja nach 2 Jahren Pandemie bei Reisen im Hotel einiges gewohnt und kann nie wirklich auf alle Abbehmlichkeiten zugreifen.
Hier ist das so, das ich zwei Zimmer gebucht hatte. In jedem Zimmer wurde ein Hund als weiterer "Gast" angegeben.
Der Check in verlief unspektakulär. Die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet, obwohl die Sitzgelegenheiten eher unbequemer Natur sind. Na ja. Da kann man für eine Nacht drüber hinwegsehen und ein Best Western ist auch kein Marriott. Es gibt im dritten Stock eine Super Tolle Aussicht auf die Schiffe (also auf der dem Kai zugewandten Seite). Die Zimmer waren alles in allem so wie man das von einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse erwartet
Was ich echt Super fand, war die vorbereiteten Zimmer für den vierbeinigen Mitreisenden. Da fühlt man sich gleich willkommen.
Das Personal ist Super Nett, freundlich und Aufmerksam.
Beim Fühstück war ich echt überrascht. Sowohl von der Auswahl her, als auch von der Kontrolle des Buffets durch das Personal. Da war quasi immer eine Person anwesend, um den Gästen hiflreich zur Seite zu stehen und am Buffet Dinge zu arrangieren. Man hatte immer den Eindruck der erste am Buffet zu sein.
OK es waren auch keine Buffetfräsen als Gäste da und es war Samstag morgen 0730.
Sollte ich nochmal ein Hotel in Bremerhaven benötigen, buche ich da auf jeden Fall wieder.

You pay for the view & the room
The room and the view were gorgeous, and overall it is still a fairly new place. The public areas a pretty basic and the breakfast buffet was a bit of letdown considering the price, very basic.

Great breakfast and hotel.
Lovely new hotel. Very clean and very kind helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast! Lots of free parking. About 30 mins walk or 10 mins on a bike to the city centre.
