Worst place i have ever been to. Everywhere is dirty and there is no customer service the staff members are the worst I have ever seen. There are much better options for good prices around dont waste your time and money here you unfortunately will regret it.

They are deleting the comments and ratings. Worst hotel in the world. The staff are terrible they have no idea what customer service is. The rooms are dirty anywhereelse is better than this . Horrible from start to finish. Much better options are available around the city.

Never seen a worst hotel or customer service in my life. The hotel is extremely dirty and they dont provide cleaning even if you ask for it. Workers are very rude and disrespectful. No professionalism. Never staying here ever again. Anywhere else would be better than here .

Worst hotel i have been to in my life. Worst customer service. The receptionists and managers are rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. The hotel is dirty. They dont have daily cleaning. Even if you request they dont do it. Im not staying here ever again.

Worst hotel customer service i have seen in my life. They took my payment and didnt give me a room. I called the police. They told me they will give me a refund and i still havent received it. Receptionists and managers kept telling me lies about everything. They are the rudest least unprofessional people i have seen in germany. Especially henry and magdalena. These people need to be fired as soon as possible.

Lage wirklich Top / Preis - Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Leider war der Service an der Rezeption unterirdisch. Die Dame am Empfang konnte mir weder bei der WLAN Verbindung, noch beim Check - In behilflich sein... :-( (absolute Basic - Aufgaben)
