Wiederentdeckt und nur Positives erlebt! Hotel -Inhabergeführt-liegt in der Nähe vom Titisee und Hinterzarten! Ruhige Lage und sehr gute Luft! Romantik pur & Gemütlich! Zimmer und Apartments vielfältig! 1a Küche! Service freundlich und hilfsbereit! Sehr gute Massage und Kosmetikbehandlung! Gut ausgebildete Therapeutin ! Schwimmbad und Wellnessbereich gut. Fijn en leuk hotel met vriendelijk personeel waar goed eten wordt geserveerd. Kamers zijn beetje oudbollig maar wel schoon. Verder in de omgeving is genoeg te doen voor wat jongere kinderen. verder is er vlakbij een mooi zwembad/sauna complex.

... mit sehr guter Lage. Feldberg fest im Blick. Titisee und Ravennaschlucht im Umfeld. Premium all inclusive zum ersten Mal in einem 4* Hotel gebucht. Hat alles prima gepasst. Vom Frühstück über Mittagsjause bis hin zum Abendessen. Auch mit den Getränken. War alles perfekt. Wellnessbereich klein aber passend. Anders der Pool...groß. Personal und Service hervorragend. Origineller Chef, sehr welterfahren...immer präsent. Die Lage passend für Wanderungen und Ausflüge mit dem eigenen Auto oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Bushalte direkt am Hotel. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir wollten wie schon öfters im Aussenbereich des Hotels etwas konsumieren, leider wurden wir als nicht Hotelgäste nicht unbedingt freundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass nur Hotelgäste bedient werden. Dieses Verhalten hindert uns daran, die Idee, im Hause mal einige Tage Urlaub zu machen, weiter zu verfolgen.

We have just returned from an exceptionally good and happy multigenerational family holiday at Kaisers Tanne, our youngest member being aged 13 years and oldest 78. From efficient booking to care with individual needs, nothing was too much trouble. Friendly service with personal attention from Herr Kienzler, plentiful and delicious food with cake treats in the afternoon...we booked all inclusive....and every comfort in a traditional and rural setting, yet with reliable local transport. Trips to Freiburg, the Feldberg and Titisee were enjoyed. Walks directly from the hotel were many and varied, all with amazing and changing views. Also the hotel has a good sized swimming pool which was popular with the family. Our university students talked of a return visit, and yes, that is our sincere hope. We would highly recommend.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und schöne Zimmer und gutes Essen. Wir hatten all inclusive, Kuchen sehr lecker, Getränke, bekam man alles was man möchte. Auch z.b. Aperol Spritz. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen, liegt auch sehr schön.

Zimmer sehr schön all inclusive ?? von 10.00 bis 13.00 gibt es keine Getränke keine Getränkekarte, laut Aussage der Servicekraft gibt es das übliche Essen ist gut Service ist misserabel Hotelier streitet mit anderem Gast quer durch den Garten, anstatt das am Tisch mit dem Gast zu regeln Ich finde Gäste müssen angemessen mit Mitarbeitern umgehen, aber der Service war wirklich schlecht und das anzusprechen ohne Schimpfwörter finde ich, ist das recht des Gastes Der Aufenthalt war eine Entäuschung für uns, wir würden nicht noch einmal dort hin fahren.

Very comfortable room, sparkling clean with a wonderful balcony with a view of the Black Forest. Service 1a and super friendly. Great food. Cake in the afternoon just great. The appetizer buffet that changes every evening is simply delicious. The whole hotel is very tastefully decorated. Minibar refilled every day. We used the heated swimming pool after breakfast and it was beautiful. We will definitely be back.
