Hôtel à taille humaine avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Chambre moderne et confortable. Bon buffet de petit-déjeûner avec produits frais et locaux. Un goûter salé/sucré en après-midi et un bon repas 5 plats le soir. Les suppléments pour les boissons ne sont pas excessifs. Un bon point pour l'espace wellness cosy et les massages. Pour l'hiver et les familles il y a un tapis roulant dans le jardin (gratuit) et des luges mises à disposition. Il y a aussi un skilift (payant) avec 2 pistes pour les débutants. Les portes de chambres mériteraient un soft-close. L'hôtel étant familial les enfants claquent les portes dès 7h30 du matin... Pour skier sur Damüls ou Mellau il faut prendre sa voiture (15min et parking gratuit) car le bus local ne passe qu'une fois par heure.

Hotelbewertung Ein wunderbares Familienhotel mit allem, was das Herz begehrt! Das Frühstück war ein Traum – besonders das selbstgebackene Brot hat uns begeistert. Nachmittags gab es eine köstliche Jause mit hausgemachten Kuchen, die wir sehr genossen haben. Auch das Abendessen war ein Genuss, mit vielen regionalen Zutaten, die den Speisen einen besonderen Geschmack verliehen haben. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein großes Lob an Carlos und Celine, die uns beim Abendessen stets zuvorkommend bedienten, sowie an Stefanie an der Rezeption, die uns immer herzlich empfangen hat. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt wäre das Schwimmbad, das etwas klein ist und für unseren Geschmack etwas wärmer sein könnte. Alles in allem jedoch ein tolles Hotel, das wir gerne weiterempfehlen!

Das Familienhotel hat uns im grossen und ganzen sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem die Zimmer und das leckere Essen überzeugten! Das Angebot für die Kids (schöner Spielplatz, Bädli, Spielbereiche), sowie der tolerante Umgang des Servicepersonals war toll. Ein dickes Minus gibt es leider für die Kinderbetreuung! Die Dame stellte sich am Ankunftstag weder vor, noch wollte sie wissen, wie die Kinder heissen, die neu als GÄSTE da waren. Sie hatte einen militanten Umgang mit den Kindern, massregelte sie ständig sehr laut und liebevoll wäre etwas ganz anderes. Meine Kinder hätten sich sehr für die Aktivitäten interessiert, wollten jedoch aufgrund der Kinderbetreuerin nicht daran teilnehmen, da sie diese als "böse" bezeichneten. Sehr schade! Dadurch fiel auch für mich als alleinerziehende Mutter die Entspannung / Entlastung weg.

Wir kommen mit unseren Kids (aktuell 5+3) bereits zum 4ten Mal ins Alpenhotel Post und haben uns auch dieses Jahr wieder rundum Wohl gefühlt. Dieses Mal war es "nur" ein verlängertes Wochenende, wir waren aber auch schon eine ganze Woche da. Was wir genießen/schätzen: Schöne Zimmer, familiäre Atmosphäre, sehr gutes Essen, schöne Außenanlage und vielseitige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.

Das Hotel ist mega kinderlieb. Hier wird einem jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Doris, in der Kinderbetreuung, macht einen klasse Job und ist mit Leib und Seele dabei und bietet ein abwechslungsreiches Programm. Das Essen ist der Knaller mit tollen regionalen Produkten und absolut kreativ. Hervorheben möchte ich noch den Service in der Gastronomie und an der Rezeption, ausgesprochen herzlich!!! Wir haben hier einen tollen Urlaub verbracht.

We are used to staying in ski-in/out hotels but we chose this hotel due to a few personal reasons this year. When we drove in there was no snow in town only one mini piste behind the hotel which is really for beginners and kids. First we thought ooooh my god it's gonna be a long week. But then we were introduced to the hotel and their staff. AMAZING!!!!!! The rooms are super nice and spacious. The food is more then amazing and the staff is really friendly and professional. You have to drive or take a bus to get to the ski areas. Distance is between 5 and 35 min with own car. We recommend Diedams kopf. It was the easiest with parking and a small but really good ski area with a great funpark. Don't think we have ever been that surprised by a hotel. It is totally to recommend for a family trip. It must but super nice in summer there. Beautiful hikes and biking and you have peace. The spa area of the hotel is also really good. Clean and there is what you need. 5 stars for the hotel, staff and rooms. 5 stars+ for the food!1!

This hotel is a great spot, located at the base of a beautiful mountain. I was pleased with the secure garage for my motorbike and the friendly staff wearing traditional Austrian clothes. The hotel is very kid-friendly, with childcare services and a fun playground. I also enjoyed the pool and sauna, and the breakfast buffet with fresh bread was a treat. The owner went the extra mile, adding custom routes for my motorbike tours to the navigation system. But there were a few things that could be better. There were flies in the dining area, which wasn't very pleasant. I would have liked to have breakfast earlier, around 6:30 or 7:00. The hotel could also benefit from a gym and an electric charging point for cars. Still, I had a good stay and I believe these small changes can make it even better. I look forward to visiting again.

Es war alles da, was wir benötigten, um eine schöne und unbeschwerte Zeit mit unseren Kindern (5&2) zu verbringen. Pool, Piste, Spielzimmer, kinderbuffet, leckeres essen, schöne grosse Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Wir kommen wieder!
