Das Frühstück und die Cafés sind herausragend – allein dafür hätte das Hotel sechs Sterne verdient. Auch die Kuchen sind ein echtes Highlight, mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Der Service, vor allem im Café-Bereich, ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Was wir allerdings kritisch sehen, ist die Preisentwicklung: Von ca. 140 € (2022) auf 259 € (2024) – ein Anstieg um 85 % in nur zwei Jahren. Das empfinden wir als unangemessen. Ebenfalls problematisch: Unser schriftlich geäußerter Zimmerwunsch wurde uns telefonisch zweimal zugesagt – vor Ort war das Zimmer dann doch nicht verfügbar. Trotz mehrfacher Rückversicherung fühlten wir uns in dieser Hinsicht nicht ernst genommen. Die Lage direkt an der Straße führt zudem zu deutlichem Verkehrslärm – bei offenem Fenster kann das sehr störend sein, zumal das Hotel keine Klimaanlage hat. Fazit: Kulinarisch top, aber in Preis-Leistung und Organisation mit deutlichem Verbesserungsbedarf. Wir vergeben – trotz der vielen positiven Aspekte – leider nur zwei Sterne.

Besser wia dahoa!
DienZimmer sind ohne Schnickschnack die Betten extrem bequem. Gastfreundschaft ist garantiert und das Frühstück sensationell inkl. Riebel und Apfelmus! Es gibt nix besseres ols was Guades! Absolute Empfehlung!

We stayed there with our toddler. The staff was exceptional friendly. The breakfast and café have been great.
Because the hotel is located in the centre of the village, the view is OK. However, the location is nearby all restaurants, bike shops and the gondola.

Boutique Hotel eher nein
Dem Haus fehlt leider die Seele. Der Service an der Reception war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer ist geräumig, die Beleuchtung am Regal für die Kleider fehlte. Keine Ablage Möglichkeit im Bad, die Dusche recht eng, der Fussboden sehr kalt, da keine Heizung vorhanden.
In der Sauna bzw. Ruheraum kein WC und keine abgetrennte Dusche und kein Abfalleimer. Aus der Sauna blicken alle auf die offenen Duschen. Kein regelmässiges checken nach Saunatüchern, da kein Telefon in der Sauna, musste man im Bademantel an die Reception zum Bestellen.
Das viel gelobte Frühstück war für mich leider enttäuschend; Angebot recht vegetarisch, wer es mag Salate z.T. Mit Knoblauch zum Frühstück. Eine Sorte Marmelade, das Glas war 2 Tage leer. Auch sonst vieles nicht aufgefüllt wie z.b. die süssen Aufläufe. Das Personal war unfreundlich und ging auf die Wünsche der Gäste wenig ein. Ich fragte am ersten Morgen nach Spiegeleiern mit dem Kommentar, dass mich sonst nichts am Buffet anspricht. Die Antwort war kein Bedauern, sondern dass diese Bestellung extra kostet. Das Brot war so weich, dass ich nicht mal Butter verstreichen konnte ohne dass es ineinander zuerfällt.
Es gibt keinen Skikeller, sondern einen Container ausser Hauses. Die Skischuhe können im Haus in einem separaten Raum mit Heizung aufbewahrt werden. Der skibus hält vor dem Hotel.
Bisher gastierte ich in vielen Boutique Hotels mit Charme, den ich leider hier vergeblich suchte.

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Zimmer. Schöne Terrasse und Aussenbereich. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gute Angebote und Einrichtungen für Ferien mit Kindern. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und vieles ist in wenigen Schritten erreichbar.

Preis/Leistung nicht fair! Wir haben für 2 Personen reserviert und hatten keinen reservierten Platz. Kaffee, Rührei,.. muss man extra bezahlen. Um 67,30€ für 2 Personen würde ich niemals mehr hier frühstücken. Das Buffet ist sehr eng und es gibt nicht viel Auswahl. Ich würde 1000 mal lieber ins Hotel Amrai in Schruns gehen. Um 22€ ist dort ALLES inklusive, das Ambiente ist deutlich gemütlicher und überzeugt.
