The hotel is not in the center, have a car o trasportation if needed. The restaurant was out of servicie the weekend i went, and there is Just one close by, so, few options around. Also the sign for not to clean the room was hanging and they did not care, they cleaned anyway, i jad to ask them to leave but they dont speak english, so they stayed till i call the reception. By the way, people at the front desk were kindy and very communicative, always smiling and friendly. The pool area was good and clean. The stay was ok, but i think relation price - quiality was ok

The words themselves are kind, but they do not show any will to actively improve things that are broken or not working. The TV wasn't working so I tried to call Lip Session, but the phone didn't work either. The repairman came and fixed the TV, but couldn't fix the phone. They said they couldn't order room service because they couldn't make phone calls, so they told me to order delivery since room service wouldn't be available for the time being. Later, I heard that the sleeper sofa didn't work, so they initially made a reservation for 2 people and gave me a broken sleeper sofa. When I requested a room change, I was told that it would be difficult because all rooms were full. I'm not sure how much I can trust what the employees say. However, the breakfast restaurant staff are very friendly. Only the reception staff seem to lack the will to respond proactively. I don't think I'll ever come again.

Purtroppo uno dei peggio Novotel in cui ho soggiornato. Stanza doppia con letti singolo piccola e fredda. Il riscaldamento di notte rimaneva spento da dover chiedere altre coperte,la reception gentile,ma ha detto che non poteva farci niente.Ci hanno dato un vecchio termosifone mobile che però acceso emanava uno strano odore. Purtroppo il soggiorno è stato molto spiacevole, perché dopo una lunga giornata di lavoro,uno vorrebbe almeno avere il comfort di una stanza calda.

Locatie is uitstekend, je fietst onmiddellijk het Mastbos in met prachtige natuur. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heerlijk ontbijt. Enkel aan het hotelonderhoud zelf is nog ruimte voor verbetering. Vast tapijt in gangen en op de kamers is niet echt proper. En het terras zou fantastisch kunnen zijn als ze de verdwenen tegels zouden herplaatsen, even het terras schuren en de bloembak met meterhoog onkruid maar zonder bloemen zouden aanpakken. Ook bewaakte fietsenstalling zou iets ruimer mogen. Het was puzzelen om alle fietsen erin te krijgen.
