Super 8 by Wyndham St. Louis Airport

The toilet seat was stained with feces, shower curtain was also stained with ashes. The bed sheet had hole from people putting their burning cigarettes on the bed. The coffee maker wasn’t working at all and the breakfast didn’t have many options and the limited options that they did have for breakfast weren’t really good. They give you bread, bagels and muffins that are more than a day old. The person working at the front desk isn’t very polite and he is a liar. When I asked why your coffee maker in the room wasn’t working he said that you can come get coffee in the breakfast area 24/7 but everyday he closed that area at 9:00 am and I wouldn’t be able to enter. I would NEVER book this hotel ever AGAIN.

This was a last minute pick and emergency and my finances were low. They took me in last minute and check in was easy and they were very nice and my room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable to my surprise. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you all for the friendly service. I hope to see you all again in the near future. I come to the city alot. And this will be my next pick.

This place is a DUMP !! To explain more I didn't even get through the front entrance. The CLOWN who was behind the glass was a Piece of ****. He was having issues with the previous customer and tried to take it out on me. I was just wanting to get in and relax so I gave him my credit card and said to MYSELF, "Ain't this some B.S". So he followed by saying GET OUT OF HERE !! Also forgot to mention that I got there 30 minutes before Check In and he DID NOT allow me to check in (The Clown with an attitude) so I left and came back 45 minutes later. All of this was seen by witnesses in the front desk. I will NEVER EVER stay at this DUMP and to the CLOWN behind the glass.... GROW UP !!!!
