I cant say enough good things sbout this hotel. My wife and I stayed 1 night on our way to Portland in Janusry. Our room was spotless and the king mattress, tv and bathroom were first rate. The free breakfast was much nicer than expected and the gym was s bonus. We stayed sgain our return from Portland and the hotel was excetional in execution. …. Highly recommend !

Parking is free, on the ground. Breakfast is very simple, Western-style, scrambled eggs, patties, thick cereals, baked potato pieces, juice, bread, fried eggs, can be self-service at a single point. It is a style of American family, the facilities are not bad, but it is not a style with domestic hotels. The location is OK, basically in the university. It’s enough for me, not a vacation.

Nice clean affordable hotel with a pool and bar and breakfast. The room was perfect and my stay was comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this motel is. Even while they're undergoing renovations, everything was neat, clean and nicely decorated. My bed was heavenly. The pillows.... ahhhhhhhh. Nice arrangement, comfortable, and very clean. Nice soap, shampoo etc. The picture is a chaise that was surprisingly comfortable! I'd return over and over.

The room is large, and there is breakfast, the front desk is very warm, praise, will stay next time.

Rooms need upgrades. Facilities are aging. The stay and staff were excellent. Breakfast was good. We would stay there again. It was very convenient to the events we were attending.

The environment is average and the facilities are a bit old. I stayed here just for the convenience of catching a flight. There will be a sudden power outage after 12:30 in the evening. It is said that there are frequent power outages in that area.

And yes, the signature warm cookie absolutely lives up to the hype. It’s a small gesture, but it sets a surprisingly positive tone, especially after a long trip. My room was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was extremely comfortable—firm enough for support but soft enough to feel restful. The linens were crisp, the pillows were perfect, and the blackout curtains actually kept the room dark in the morning. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with quality toiletries, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I also appreciated how quiet the room was. Whether it’s the layout or the construction, I barely heard any hallway noise, which made it easy to relax and sleep well each night. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the indoor pool. A lot of hotels list “indoor pool” as an amenity, but not all of them are worth using. This one absolutely is. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm. The water temperature was ideal, and the space never felt crowded or noisy. Whether someone wants to swim laps, relax after a busy day, or let kids burn off some energy, the pool is a standout feature that really enhances the stay—especially during the colder months in Massachusetts. Another major highlight was the breakfast buffet. I’ve experienced hotel breakfasts that feel like an afterthought, but the buffet at the DoubleTree Westborough was genuinely impressive. There was a wide variety of options—fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereals, and more. Everything tasted fresh and was replenished frequently. The staff kept the dining area clean and welcoming, and there was plenty of seating. Starting the day with a filling, high-quality breakfast right downstairs made mornings easy and relaxed. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It’s close to major highways, shopping centers, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Parking was plentiful and free, which I really appreciated. Whether you’re visiting for business, traveling with family, or just passing through the MetroWest area, the convenience works well for any type of trip. Overall, my stay at the DoubleTree Westborough was outstanding. The welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, great indoor pool, and excellent breakfast buffet all came together to create a stay that felt effortless and genuinely enjoyable. I’d happily return and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

The hotel brother is very enthusiastic and has free parking. The surrounding area is rather desolate, there is a macy department store, there is nothing to buy in a big store.

The location is an hour's drive from Boston, with beautiful surroundings and convenient shopping.
