This was my little guys first spring break and first vacation and that’s to all the amenities offered at this hotel I’m the BEST MOMMY EVER! The pool area was everything and more! The game room was a nice time to waste time and have fun while it was raining. The views from the lobby during breakfast was beautiful and well as the balcony view from our room on the 19th floor and impeccable! Over all 10/10 . The only hiccup to mention was the Wi-Fi not working so well.

The queen size beds are more like a full size. Plug in bathroom was broken. And elevator had a spider in it. The bar was good. The parking garage is very sacred. Are bathroom had only two to four squares of toilet paper on the roll. However the costumer serves was great 👍. And because of that my fetcher wife and I had a great time. Would definitely recommend

# praise# Satisfied with hygiene, location, service, facilities; clearly wrote free parking, the hotel also charged extra fees! Obviously wrote the sea view room, the hotel said that he could see the － sea room type on the balcony, and the bed was very uncomfortable! Too soft! Stayed for 5 days and did not clean one day! I changed the towel once.

Everything was great except the water was cold in our shower, I’m sure if I would’ve said something to the front desk they would’ve had it taken care of. I just didn’t feel like bothering them anymore cause they had already took care of all my accommodations. Great place to stay, will definitely stay again. Hot tub was the highlight for a cold season!

LLylesI had issues with my flight being cancelled and then rescheduled. The first night, Trip.com was able to have the reservation moved, but the 2nd night someone named Charisse in Guest Relations told Trip.com that they couldn’t change the date due to their policy. Well, since it had just been done the previous day, I know that’s not true. So I’m out $265 and still have to fly to Myrtle Beach in the morning for business. Thanks for nothing, Staybridge.

GGuest UserFire alarm went off around 230am. The intercom was saying evacuate. My family took stairs to evacuate but It was a false alarm, scared my 7 year old so bad because he thought it was a fire because we had a bad house fire in the past. I could not get back to sleep. No apologies at checkout

GGuest UserAbsolutely wonderful time! Location is perfect! Beachfront, walkable to stores, easy access to the hiway. Staff was very friendly, personable and accommodating. Parking was OK, they have 3 properties 1 building has to use Parking at the other properties...of course it was the 1 I stayed in but it's just next door or across the street. The restaurants food & drinks were great. Very clean. I checked in the night the Hurricane Ian hit Mytle Beach that morning. There was a leak in out hallway that saturated the carpet in the hallway outside our apt, Maintenance & Housekeeping were on the case before we even noticed it. I would definitely recommend & stay here again.

雨雨轩听晴Not to mention the location of the hotel, the beach is next to the sea, and the hotel itself has several swimming pools of different styles, suitable for children. The hotel is not far from the commercial area, and there are many fast food restaurants around. It is about a five-minute drive from the outlet, which is quite suitable for leisure vacation and parent-child travel. There are many parking spaces in the hotel, distributed in several different locations, but because of the high occupancy rate on the weekends, it is still a bit difficult to find parking spaces. Guests arriving at night can only stop by the hotel and move to the parking spaces the next morning. The hotel attendant will also call you to move the car. Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served at 7-10 o'clock. It is better than expected. The variety is very rich and the taste is very homely. It can basically meet the needs of people in different countries. The sea-view suite we lived on was on the 15th floor. The picture shows the view from the balcony. The building opposite is also the guest room of his house. The overall sanitary conditions and hardware configuration are good. Will choose this next time.

GGuest UserEverything was pretty good! The beds weren't the most comfortable unfortunately but that's because we prefer firmer mattresses. The only real nitpick was that the coffee maker wasn't clean, some previous guests must have mistakingly poured coffee grounds into the water trough at the top & I couldn't clean it out because the coffee maker was secured to the wall. Otherwise the room was nice, the towels & bathroom were clean, etc.

GGuest Usertoday my id was expired and I had already booked my room for next night. my boyfriend was kicked out of my room with less than an hours notice and locked out of room, with not even all of our belongings while I was at work!!! no one at this hotel had the decency to inform me of their decision that they wouldn't except my expired ID and I needed to leave ASAP. and I had to get my refund from 3rd party sales Trips.com which said this booking would not be offering any refunds!! still waiting to hear back from them on refund!I will never go back there and would never recommend them to anyone after the rude people I had to deal with today!!!

GGuest UserThe Elevators were out of order throughout the whole property. The whole time we were on vacation. Which really was inconvenience for our stay. If I was aware before checking in I would’ve been more relieved. To where I wouldn’t have mentioned it in this review. If I had know I would’ve booked somewhere else. I also got over charged would have never released until I looked at my bank statements. This resort could do a little bit better by prioritizing customers time during their stay.
