Hotels with Breakfast in Harrison Township

TV stopped working first night there. We would've had to change rooms after we were all settled in. Never did get a working tv. A/C was not working properly to get room cold. Had to buy a fan. First time finding a slug/snail in our room, but he was cute n we let him go outside. Had to get an ant trap... Breakfast ended by 9am. Not good for people who are on a getaway. We didn't make it once during the 3 mornings we were there. Too costly for what we got... BUT, good location n room was nice other than the couple issues above. Would stay there again.

This was a last minute family trip we and did not plan to stop in Corydon, In. to stay. Mainly because our last experience was awful at Hampton Inn. However, I was too tired to drive any further and we decided to stop at the Holiday Inn Express to see if there were any rooms available. We were greeted by Coby who was still a cheerful delight late night at 11pm. She got us booked right in to a comfortable room and brought extra bedding up to ensure we had all we needed for a good nights rest. She educated me on the rewards program and after talking to Coby I decided this is the place I will always bring my family to on my frequent trips. We go past here in our travels at least 3 times a month. Multiple times I have stayed at other hotels in this area and each time had an unpleasant experience with Hampton Inn being THE WORST. The entire staff here is absolutely great! Jessica at the front desk in the morning was extremely helpful and my favorite staff member was Jodie! She was amazing putting together the breakfast bar with all the great options she prepared. Her friendly disposition and bright smile made us feel right at home. The housekeeper Sandra did an awesome job as well. So nice coming into a completely refreshed room. I have to say hands down best hotel stay Ive had in the past 3 years. The hotel was pristine clean with a beautiful lay out but the staff made it a pleasant comfortable stay. No matter how nice the hotel is itself if the staff isn’t welcoming none of that makes a difference. Great job on hiring the right people to tend such a nice place. What an Amazing job and thank you Coby, Jessica, Jody and our housekeeper . Keep doing exactly what you’re doing, because you guys rock! I’ll see you again in 3 weeks! Highly recommend this Hotel if you are ever in the area, you will not be disappointed.
