Hotels with Breakfast in Santiago de Queretaro

A hotel that vibrates with Japanese influence, does not necessarily transport you to Japan, but what matters is that the quality of the service that is very good, the room we were assigned was a suite that, in my opinion, would have dedicated more space to the room, less space to the kitchenette and living room, since with two beds it felt very tight. Practically the apartment we were assigned was designed for a much longer stay since it even has a washing machine. Cleanliness, without any complaints or comments, impeccable. Sorry for the mess but we wanted to show you that we really occupied the room.

Excellent accommodation option ! The hotel is clean, new, its comfortable rooms, the incredible coats! You should sell them! 😊 The food, both in the restaurant and the Room Services is rich, you are grateful for 24 hours of service! My only recommendation is that when you take food to the hab, you tap them! Only cover the main plate, but drinks or bread, to the open, it is for hygiene ! But it solves! I was working and thank you for the desk you have in the rooms ! I will certainly return, it is in front of Plaza Antea and with the different ways, it reaches everywhere, especially for the remodelling at the Av 5 of February ! Don't let it fall !

Excellent service. I would return there in my next trip. Very wide and clean room. rest very well. The coats don't smell sweat, something very important for me. There was a problem with hot water but they resolved it quickly.

This hotel is great and the best !!! This is perhaps one of the best stays that I have had at a Marriott Property in years. The service is extraordinary from the front desk, bar, dining area and room service. Hotel is very clean, the pillows are a dream (soft huge feather pillows). Entertainment and other facilities are great. The location is very convenient. The snack bar in the reception area is full of choices. I had dinner by the pool one night and the next day indoors. Breakfast is excellent. Many choices and well prepared and serviced. I left an item behind in my room and found it immediately. They even helped me find a shoe shine person at 8pm one night !! I will always stay at this properly every time I go to Queretaro. Congratulations to all the staff and management team.

El 29 de abril 2023 nos hospedamos en el hotel porque fuimos a un evento y resultaba lo más práctico quedarnos ahí para no manejar, como era un evento de mi familia y llenamos el hotel. Es la primera vez que en una hora de estar ahí ya me quería ir. A continuación algunos ejemplos de lo que vivimos: - De inicio nos asignaron un cuarto en planta baja que estaba lleno de moscos en el interior pegado a la ventana (no habían fumigado), nos cambiaron de cuarto para poder echar insecticida. - La zona de la regadera estaba sucia - Alrededor del WC también estaba sucio. - El nuevo cuarto que nos asignaron, ahora en primer piso, tenía una silla maltratada, igual la regadera sucia y el WC que se notaba que rara vez lo limpian porque tenía un aro de sarro por dentro. - Como comenté llenamos el hotel con familia, a mi tía le dieron una suite que ni las camas estaban tendidas. - A mi hermana y su familia les habían dado un cuarto que parecía de servicio, a un lado del lobby, se le estaba cayendo la pintura de la humedad y no lo habían limpiado cuando se lo dieron, si les dan ese cuarto no lo tomen o véanlo antes de pagar. - En la nueva habitación de inicio no salía presión de agua y después sí salió pero helada. - La alberca es una zona completamente olvidada, la están llenando constantemente con una manguera que tiene fuga, tienen de adorno sillas rotas y una sombrilla rota y la zona está llena de ramas y popó de pájaro, además que llenan la alberca con agua helada. - Como se llaman ”Hotel” Quinta del Lago, todos los que asistimos al evento y nos hospedamos ahí esperábamos comer en el restaurante del hotel, el cual no existe y por ningún lado hacen mención de eso en la reservación, lo más que ofrecen es en la mañana, melón, manzana, una barra de pan y un tostador. Honestamente pagar poco más de $1,000 por esa experiencia prefiero manejar 10 minutos para quedarme en un hotel relativamente cerca. Tuve una conversación con la dueña del lugar de estos temas a la hora de haber llegado y en general no dio soluciones, sólo justificó lo que estaba pasando. Lo único rescatable fue Emanuel, que por su perfil de atención a cliente que tiene podría trabajar en un mejor lugar.

We stayed at the Bedford Hotel in April 2022, because it was very close to the Star Moscati Hospital where my husband was scheduled for a medical procedure. It is a clean and sleek little hotel, with easy parking and excellent wifi. The breakfast is great, especially the fresh fruit and coffee. The bed was very comfortable, and everything worked. I was especially impressed because I left my electric toothbrush in the room when we checked out. They notified me, and said I could pick it up the next time I was in Queretaro. We did exactly that two weeks later. Very nice service.

El hotel Four Points cuenta con servicios y comodidades que garantizan una estancia agradable y relajante. Las habitaciones del hotel son espaciosas y están equipadas con aire acondicionado, televisión por cable y acceso a internet de alta velocidad. Además, las habitaciones cuentan con una decoración moderna. El hotel cuenta también con una amplia variedad de instalaciones y servicios, como un gimnasio, una alberca. También dispone del restaurante Constelación que ofrece una amplia variedad de platos locales e internacionales, así como un bar.

Al darnos la habitación me percato que tiene puerta de intercomunicación con la cuarto contiguo y por tener el sueño muy ligero pedí que me cambiaran de habitación, pero la habitación que me volvieron a dar también tenía puerta de intercomunicación, le expliqué a la señorita que me había dado el mismo tipo da habitación pero en otro piso y me aseguro que no tendríamos problemas pues el cuarto junto al nuestro estaba en mantenimiento y estaría desocupado, lo cual fue mentira pues al ya estar acostados tratando de descansar escuchamos personas hablando y haciendo ruido. Total nos tuvimos que cambiar a las 11 pm por tercera vez de habitación. Aparte siempre tuvimos que ir a recepción porque nunca atendieron el teléfono (pensé que daban prioridad al distanciamiento).
