A great experience, a hot spring hotel that you can't miss when skiing in Zao. The outdoor hot spring is great, the breakfast and dinner are also rich, and the service is very good. Because I left too early, I didn't feel the farewell ceremony, which is a little regretful. I look forward to staying next time!

Charming onsen hotel located 5 min drive from Kaminoyama station. A shuttle pick up can be arranged with the hotel ahead of time available from 1430-1800. It’s a relatively dated property but well maintained. A small public onsen with a rotenburo, and a small private onsen within the room comfortable for two. The spring water through the property is the same. Meals provided are extensive, balanced and nutritious featuring local specialities like yam, Yamagata and Yonezawa beef. Drinks are offered at the lounge in the afternoon from 1700, morning coffee and tea available from 0800. Overall a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The hotel receives non-Japanese people, and the attitude needs to be strengthened. Because the large bathhouse is repaired, we provide the wind for us to use. The station walks to the hotel for 15 minutes. Unfortunately, there is no dinner. I want to eat Yamagata Niu. There is a large bathhouse nearby. (There is a material), There is a cute grandfather (Ojisan) who will chat with you. The Shangzhishan City is very beautiful nearby. I am so lucky to see the cherry blossoms in January.

The room is small, but very distinctive and very clean, the hot spring is very comfortable, everyone in the hotel will smile and say hello to you, breakfast and dinner are delicious, the sweet wine is also very good, about 10 minutes from the Shinkansen, the hotel will have a free car transfer every hour, Although there are not many attractions around, it is very fast to go to other cities, it is highly recommended

Hotel service is really good! ! ! ! Suddenly it snowed that day and JR was out of service. I was3-4 hours later than expected, and I arrived at the JR station at 12 o'clock in the evening. As a result, the hotel reserved dinner for 6 of us, and waited for me at the JR station to send me by shuttle bus! ! ! ! When I arrived at the hotel for dinner, the rice was cooked per person, the rice and roast meat were hot, and the dessert was still in the refrigerator. It really surprised me! I highly recommend this hotel! The service at the hotel is really great!!!! That day, JR was suspended due to a sudden snowstorm, and it was near 12 o'clock that I arrived at JR station 3 ～ 4 hours later than scheduled. As a result, the hotel booked dinner for 6 of us and waited at the JR station before taking us to the shuttle bus! It's hot and the dessert is still in the refrigerator. Staffs are super friendly. We were late for dinner for 1 night, but staff still let us to have our dinner in a private room.

Since we made a reservation on the day, it was 35,000 yen for two people for one night with only breakfast. We were upgraded to a slightly larger room. Carbonated water, alcohol, coffee, etc. were free until midnight, which was nice. The large public bath was clean and had a nice atmosphere, and it felt so good that I wanted to stay in the bath for a long time. Since the plan did not include dinner, they introduced us to some recommended restaurants. It was a little disappointing that there was nothing particularly noteworthy about the breakfast, but there was nothing bad about the inn. Next time I would like to try dinner.

would like to give 200 points out of 100. We stayed here for 3 nights; every staff member is very friendly and makes us feel at home every day. We also really like the design and water temperature of the hot spring. It is very cozy to sit at the heated table after taking a hot spring bath every night. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to all our friends
