YYudiePlataran was amazing. the only comment is just on the breakfast, it was quite slow on the ala carte breakfast and food sometimes is not warm.
But when they open the breakfast buffet, it's good.

云云帆HMThis hotel furniture is very good. The environment is very calm. Fresh air and clean lawn.
It is very suitable for spending the weekend or holiday here with family or friends.
But the road to hotel is not good. It is very bumpy and the slope is steep. A good car and good driving skill is prefer for driving here.
The facilities of this hotel are very good. The whole hotel is very quiet lying in the col. Pushing the window is the fresh air and green lawn. Natural oxygen bar.
It is very suitable for spending a weekend or holiday with family or friends.
But the road to the hotel is not good, rugged and steep. If you are driving here, it is best to have a good car and skilled driving skills.

FFarah9307I’ve book the hobbit room type & my child love the concept so much & it is so near to the playground & swimming pool. It just the breakfast place is so far we have to walk from the room to Seruni 3 which is high with lots of staircase. But everything was ok & the hotel is very near to the Safari just 5 minutes driveway.

It's just that there are a lot of stairs if you stay at Seruni 2🥲 just a suggestion. At least there is a lift directly to the Eiffel Tower... poor legs work hard if you stay at Seruni 2😂

GGuest UserIt seems better to book directly via WhatsApp so you can choose your tent type. When booking through the app, the tent assignment is random. Even though I paid the same price for two tents, I received different types – one large and one small. It was a shame that one of the tents leaked during the rain, making it uncomfortable and getting everything wet. I wanted to complain, but it was the middle of the night and raining, so what could I do? Plus, we were given the tent in the very corner, at the highest point, and there was no extra lighting along the path to the stairs. So, if you want to book, it's really best to do it on WhatsApp so you can choose and negotiate.

AAnonymous UserHad a great time with friends here. Nice location, nice ambiance, helpful staffs, great experience. Room is great, but the toilet is quite small for some people with big/tall figures. The shuttle is helpful eventhough it was out of service for a couple of times. But the distance from parking lot to the lobby is not that far.
They only have 1 shuttle car for all guests. It would be great if Bobocabin provide more shuttle to the lobby, bcs the capacity for 1 shuttle is just for 3 persons and we need to wait for the car to go back and forth.

TTresa SThis hotel is arguably one of the best in the area. The staff service is friendly and makes guests feel comfortable. Plus, the hotel offers an amazing mountain view, really pleasing to the eye.
However, there is one small note: as the afternoon approaches, the air starts to feel hot around 10 am. It would be better if the hotel provides air conditioning for the day at those times. However, in the morning, afternoon, and evening, air conditioning is actually not needed because the air in the peak area is naturally cool enough.
Overall, the experience of staying here is still very satisfying, especially for enjoying the mountain atmosphere.
