GGuest UserHotel is conveniently located next to Harbour Bay ferry terminal and Harbour Bay shopping mall. However it is a distance away from all the malls that people usually head to, so had to spend a bit more on the local transport. They have transport services to K3 Shopping mall (designated timing) and also to the nearby places (those within 3 minutes drive away type) - example Wey Wey Seafood. Bath towels are provided, would be good if they do provide hand towels too. Overall a very comfortable hotel stay if you enjoy the peace and quiet away from the shopping malls.

LLibra LadyHotel is still going through some upgrading at the back of the building. Which does not affect the guest at all. Was taken aback by the height and transparent lifts welcoming us. Very grand entrance indeed. However, the colour is out dated. Is it supposed to be underwater theme or inside a ship theme. But the most distinct feature that struck my nose was the air freshener. I really don't like it. Apart from that, room was spacious, clean & bed a little soft for my liking. Toilets big and clean. But I noticed at the under side of the toilet bowl is not cleaned properly. Bathing liquid is not enough for 3 of us. Would be better if wall mounted pumps used instead of small refillable travel bottles. Breakfast spread is substantial and tasty. With the affordable price. Will definitely come again.

MMaimunahGreat Stay – Will Definitely Come Back! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my recent trip to Batam. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the pillow – it helped me sleep really well! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth and fast, which made a great first impression. Overall, I had a really pleasant experience and will definitely be coming back on my next visit!
