GGuest UserThe high-speed rail station is just a few minutes away, and the traffic is convenient. The inside looks better than the door, the interior is partial to Chinese style, the waiter is more enthusiastic, and the breakfast is good.

TTalushaОтель расположен в центре. Для гостей предоставляется трансфер от вокзала, мы заранее списались в трип ком, потом перешли в вичат и нас встречали. Очень приветливый персонал, сразу заселили, помогли донести вещи. По всем вопросам помогали.
Территория закрытая, тихо. Наш номер был в отдельном здании. Просторный номер, есть вода, в холодильнике йогурт, на столике мандарины - бесплатно. В ванной гель и шампунь, мыло, зубные щётки, бритва, шапочки для душа. Имеется чайник с заваркой и холодильник (в этой поездке почему-то нигде нет холодильника, поэтому акцентирую на этом внимание).
Удобные кровати, по две подушки на человека. Одна из подушек имеет эффект памяти, очень хорошая. Уборка каждый день ссо сменой белья и полотенец.
Завтрак с 7, прекрасный и разнообразный.
С 21.30 есть буфет для ночных обжор.
Имеется прачечная, для постояльцев бесплатно.
С удовольствием рекомендую отель и мы непременно вернёмся.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment was nice, but the service was unpleasant. Having stayed in so many hotels, this is the first time I've encountered such a dogmatic management philosophy. The deposit was more expensive than the room rate. I booked three rooms and needed to cancel one early the next day. However, the room key was taken out while I was eating, and they insisted on charging me 30 yuan. I said I'd bring it back later, and they asked if I could get it back before 2 PM. I said I didn't know, but I'd definitely get it back today, as I still had two nights left in the other two rooms. Even after I said that, they still wouldn't agree and insisted on charging 30 yuan. Frankly, this is far inferior to Hilton. I often stay with children, and sometimes other hotels give me multiple room key cards. But you, when I ask you to give me an extra card, you remind me to change how many cards I need when I leave. Can I withdraw cash from a bank or use it for food? What am I supposed to do with it? Although it's only 30 yuan, sometimes it's not about the money, it's about the extreme discomfort. This is my first negative review, thank you for giving me a chance.

It is highly recommended for travelers who pay attention to cost performance!
