8月10日吃完晚飯到這家酒店，孩子有點感冒，我到處找走廊服務室的人，怎麼喊都沒人應，旁邊的人都出來了説，他們也找一層走廊的服務室沒人…我跑到前台看到美女前台和一個男士經理人挺好，告訴我們去哪能買到葯。我説能否來瓶水給孩子沖葯再要卷衞生紙，這紙有點少，孩子擤鼻涕不夠，前台看了看男士，男士點頭説您回房間一會讓人送過去，也沒説收費。過了很久，一箇中年長臉女性哐哐敲門，我特感激説謝謝謝謝您，緊接着那女的啷噹個臉説：“這些都是收費的”再要給她錢，就走了…從沒聽説酒店給這小卷衞生紙加瓶水還另收費，要給也是去前台收費。不知是領導這麼培訓的？還是她想私自收錢。果斷第二天換了家酒店，讓我想起“青島大蝦”事件。這不敲詐麼？我第二天退房卡，跟前台描述了這事，前台説後面頭髮是什麼樣？我説反正不是披着的 至於盤上還是夾起來就不知道了，跟她描述了情況，她説反饋給經理，不會另收費的。如果不是領導這麼要求的，走廊服務室人收費，這女的看來膽子挺大，不是第一次幹這事了，客房就備這點紙，三個人兩瓶水加一瓶也收費，這麼猖狂態度，收費您告訴我去前台交不就可以了嗎？難道這紙和水是她單獨零賣的？估計這麼大酒店離黃也不遠了，上班時間找不到人在崗，這態度就好像我住酒店沒給錢一樣，真橫，出門在外不惹事也不怕事，我打算再買點紙和水，到要看看她收多少？我問前台説她下班了，要不得給她拍照傳上來，讓大家都認識認識。同時前台表示這事會反饋經理。給以後入住的客人，一個借鑒吧！希望能幫助到你們！
