"The first time I went to Shulan Hotel, not far from the highway intersection. The recommended place to stay was that the hotel was not very soundproof. There was still sound in the middle of the night! The room is spacious and very good. Next time I choose a room with my own people on both sides. 🙃"

"環境位置方方面面都很好，住了5天，第4天晚上回到酒店準備睡覺發現遙控器找不到，然後我自己在酒店房間翻來覆去找了一個多小時，當天晚上行李箱都翻了好幾遍，第二天的飛機要從舒蘭到長春龍嘉機場，本來要早點睡的 但是因為一個遙控器沒能睡好，因為電視一直都是開着的（按鈕關不了電視，衹能遙控器） 本想聯繫前台來協調解決 但考慮到前台也很辛苦，不想麻煩別人，就把房卡拔了睡得，由於要趕去機場，起的也比較早，又在房間找了很久的遙控器，還是沒找到，退房後一小時左右 酒店前台就打了好幾個電話，我真是千不該萬不該怕影響別人休息而沒有去和前台説，前一天你家客房服務員打掃完房間遙控器不見了這件事，直到我第二天都飛到濟南了，前台還打電話要求我賠償遙控器？！我都沒要求你賠償耽誤我休息，結果還態度很不好的説要我賠償，真是666，這是第二次住在舒蘭這家維也納了，這服務態度真是逆天，嗷對了，酒店的衞生間感應燈也是逆天，大晚上當長明燈"
