They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD

The customer service staff is polite and enthusiastic. The room furnishings are simple. There were no shower caps or cotton swabs, and the bath gel was almost gone. The hot water in the shower is plentiful and comfortable, and the shampoo and shower gel come in two generous tubs, which is quite amusing. Breakfast features some local specialties such as rice cake soup, which tastes good. The restaurant manager is always at the front desk greeting guests with New Year's greetings, demonstrating professionalism and traditional etiquette. Overall, it's a decent hotel and I would recommend it.
