They kindly helped us locate a Taobao package that had been delivered somewhere in the hotel but we could not find. They even called to check and helped us find it, which we really appreciated. The lady who welcomed guests at the breakfast area was also very polite and kind. The food was tasty, the rooms were clean, and the service was excellent. Another great advantage is that Wu Mart is very close to the hotel, which is very convenient. This will definitely be our regular choice for future stays.
