GGuest UserThe room is OK and big. It is the only hotel I have stayed in that I was not scared of. The uncles and aunts in the kitchen are very nice. When my child was not feeling well, they kept waiting for us even though they had finished get off work. They worked hard. The driver was also great, picking us up and dropping us off. Overall, they were all good and their attitudes were also good!

ZZhuzhumeimiThe plane landed very late. As a transit accommodation, I expected it to be just fine, but in fact everything exceeded my expectations. I was very satisfied. The room layout is reasonable, the design is simple, stylish and warm, clean and comfortable, there is airport pick-up service, the price is affordable, and breakfast is also available. GGuest UserParking at night can be a bit challenging; we got lost using our navigation and had to call the front desk for directions. There are two washer-dryer combo units available. We checked in around 10 PM. The front desk staff (especially one young lady) could use more training; we requested laundry detergent at night and had to wait a long time for it. The family room was great, with a partition in the middle. Breakfast included fruit and beef noodles, which we unfortunately missed due to an early flight. A complimentary airport shuttle service is also provided. It's a convenient ten-minute drive from the airport, with many great food options nearby.

AAnonymous UserLast week, I caught an early flight and transited in Lanzhou. I chose this newly opened Min'an International Hotel blindly. The whole process from landing to check-in was smooth - the pick-up driver was very enthusiastic on the way
1️⃣ The pick-up call to the hotel was faster than the Ctrip message
2️⃣ Although the hotel is very close to the airport, the sound insulation is unexpectedly good
3️⃣ It is a new hotel, and the hygiene is relatively good. There is a smart toilet, but the room is a bit small, and only one person can pass between the end of the bed and the wall.
The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. When I sent her to the airport in the morning, I didn't have time to eat breakfast. The lady also asked if I should bring some, mainly because I was in a hurry, but fortunately I didn't miss the flight

GGuest UserIt was almost 12 o'clock when the plane arrived in Lanzhou in the evening. I contacted the hotel in advance and said that they could pick me up from the airport. After picking up my luggage, I called the contact person and waited for less than 10 minutes. It took about 15 minutes to drive from the airport to the hotel. The room was similar to the pictures online. The bathroom was very big. I made a reservation that night to take a shuttle to the airport for the next morning. It was suitable for passengers who arrived late at the airport and had to fly early the next morning. The price and the overall airport pick-up arrangement were great. Very satisfied.
ps: It can be seen that the room is newly renovated. There are two suggestions for the boss to consider improving it and put a small stool under the TV cabinet, because it is not convenient for children to sit on the bed with a mirror at night. Other travelers may also use it temporarily. Next table needs. In addition, the temperature of the hot water in the bathroom is a bit low. I wonder if it’s because I didn’t adjust it properly?
