GGuest UserA very good homestay hotel in Burqin, with warm decoration, attentive service, and free drinking of mineral water, cola, and sparkling water. If you travel to Kanas, it is a particularly good choice to stop over and rest here. I will still choose this hotel in the future.

RRochelleWe had a lovely time at Coco Tuohai Muxuyuan Homestay. The host family were very welcoming. We were away from our families during Christmas but they made us feel like we were part of theirs.
The room has a romantic atmosphere with great attention to detail. Our expectations were exceeded by far.
The moon sets right outside the window with a telescope on the balcony for those who are brave enough to face the cold morning outside.
The breakfast was delicious, especially the Xinjiang milk tea which was sent up to the room so that we could enjoy the scenery while eating.
We would definitely recommend this Homestay to couples.
You will not regret your stay.
For some the price might seem steep but the hospitality and atmosphere is priceless - definitely worth it! ❄️☺️

The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated, making it feel warm and comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the hot water supply was excellent—showing the hotel’s attention to detail.
The service was outstanding. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. They also provided helpful travel recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable.
A special thanks to Mr. Luo, the hotel manager, who was very professional and dedicated. He provided exceptional service and made sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. His attentiveness and hospitality truly made a difference.
The breakfast had a good variety of options and tasted great, catering to different preferences. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located at the foot of Guanyutai Mountain, half an hour walk from the tourist service center, you can take the shuttle bus to the hotel entrance, the room is a wooden house structure, the appearance is very beautiful, the configuration inside is very modern, the faucet is a bit small, other facilities are perfect. The boss also presented breakfast coupons to the guests who stayed. The breakfast was very rich. There was a swing in the small yard to play. GGuest UserKeketuohai Town is surrounded by snow-capped mountains on all sides, with unique scenery, like a paradise, and convenient transportation. The hotel is in a good location, 300 meters away from the No. 3 mine. The parent-child room we stayed in was spacious, and the snow-capped mountains were visible from the window. The hotel has a good price-performance ratio. The hotel's cancellation policy is very friendly, and it is very convenient for us to adjust our itinerary. The waiter Alin and the housekeeper Buli provide excellent service. The hotel restaurant is a major feature. In such a remote mountain town, there are authentic Cantonese cuisine, which is deeply loved by children. There are many types of breakfast, taking into account the tastes of China, the West, the South and the North. My child doesn't want to go downstairs for breakfast, so I take some breakfast upstairs every day. The noodle stall chef Wen is very considerate and helps me arrange it. The other service staff are also good and the communication is smooth. The hotel's small robot often helps deliver things to the door of the room, which is very convenient. If there is a slight need for improvement, it is that the floor heating is a bit hot and can't be lowered. We have to open the window to cool down every day. Overall, I am very satisfied, recommended, and I will stay here next time.

Surroundings: The hotel's exterior looks like a small Switzerland, super beautiful, see pictures
Room facilities: Beautiful, clean and well designed. The electric heater is very warm and it is not cold at all at night.
Restaurant: The chef at dinner cooked delicious dishes, and we went back to the hotel for dinner every night. We arrived at the hotel at 11pm on the first day. The chef worked overtime and waited for us to arrive before cooking. It was so considerate.
Breakfast: The breakfast included in the room rate could be richer. The coffee and snacks we ordered were very good. Thank you to the chef for working overtime early in the morning on the first day to make delicious brown sugar rice cakes for us. Unfortunately, there were too many customers the next day and we couldn't order snacks, but we could still order coffee. The latte tasted very fragrant and the milk was very pure.

GGuest UserThe room was cleaned very cleanly. It is worth mentioning that the pillows are soft and hard, unlike the soft pillows in many hotels and homestays. I slept very well in Taoyuan.
Winter is cold and dry. The indoor air conditioning and floor heating are sufficient. Just in case, there is also an electric heater. The socks were dried in two hours. There is also a humidifier. Although it is a drop in the bucket, it makes people feel very comfortable.
The housekeeper kindly gave directions to the parking space and helped to carry the box. The front desk also provides breakfast and coffee afternoon tea, and the quality is also very good.
A few suggestions: It is easy to forget to draw the curtains when checking in at night because it is dark outside. I hope the store will replace the main window with a gauze curtain to protect the privacy of guests.
It is not reasonable to manually draw the window in the shower room. It is recommended to at least apply a frosted film. After all, the window faces the main road. For guests who value privacy, even a slight gap will feel bad.
Overall, it is a very good living experience!

It is more convenient to stay in the old village. Moreover, his chef is also very good at cooking. I had dinner at his house all the time. The room is not big but very cozy. I was lucky to see the snow scenery of Altay. The yard of the B&B is already very beautiful. I felt the warmth of the floor heating as soon as I entered the door. It was so comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. If you have any needs, just contact the customer service. They responded very promptly and were considerate little housekeepers of the B&B. When I got up in the morning, the surrounding area was already very beautiful, with white snow everywhere.
