GGuest UserDogs barking and howling, called the front desk, little was able to be done till owners finished their dinner. They must have paid more per night while they enjoyed their dinner we had to listen to their dog.

GGuest UserWe picked this property based on location and price. The excellent reviews are worth it. It was clean and the staff were very nice and the amenities were surprising. I would have wanted to use the e-bikes, but we didn't have time. We did enjoy the hot tub.

RRICCADORAYWe had a wonderful stay at Fernie Stanford Hotel & Waterpark! We arrived early and even though our room wasn’t ready, the staff kindly let us use the waterpark — such a thoughtful gesture, especially with kids. When the shower in our original room didn’t work, they went above and beyond by upgrading us to a beautiful 2-bedroom condo with a full kitchen. It was spacious, clean, and perfect for our stay. The free breakfast was nice, though I do wish there were more hot food options beyond waffles and cereal. Overall, excellent customer service and a lovely experience. Highly recommend!

LLyssaGThe Alpen Motel was very clean and well located between Radium Hot Springs Village and the hot springs themselves. The Sinclair canyon is a beautiful sight a short walk up the hill. The room was small, but had everything needed including AC for the uncharacteristically hot weather. The whole experience was very hands off, with the office being at the Apple Tree Inn across the street.
Unfortunately housekeeping did not come while we were out, so we did not have refreshed coffee for the second morning. The power also went out twice (night and then again in the morning) and there was no backup power source. This is of course no fault of the hotel’s, but it would have been nice to have an emergency light source in the room.
