AAnonymous UserI travelled down from QLD and arrived at the retreat around 4:45am, being after hours Pete still went out of his way to greet us at the reception, helped carry our bags and led us to our room. He made us feel very welcomed.
The room was amazing, very clean, comfy bed and worth the money.
Thanks for your service Pete, will definitely stay again.

JJunfengMichael is so patient and have given us much needed assistance on arrival even though we arrived after 11pm. Beds are super comfy and we had a good rest after a long day. The location is great too.

YYIFEIA relatively large town. This is the best hotel in town, equivalent to a better four-star hotel in China. Breakfast is not buffet, it must be ordered, but you can order it casually.
The room was large and clean.
Common problems in Australia, inconvenient transportation and average service.

GGuest UserGreat Motel, very happy with our room and stay. If you can’t look past a chip tile or small imperfections then probably not the place for you. But was great value for our money considering the alternatives, with friendly and helpful staff. If you’ve got kids there a great spot for throwing or kicking a ball out the back.

GGuest UserThe villa is located on a small hillside with a lot of parking. On the side of the street, sometimes there are large trucks passing by, the sound will be louder, and the rest of the time will be quieter.
The living room facilities are more comprehensive, refrigerator, microwave, tableware, sofa, air conditioning, TV, etc. Suitable for people who have food needs.
When we went, breakfast was handled by ourselves, with milk and juice in the fridge, cereals outside, but not many options.

DDrOReillyThe hotel is centrally located, within close proximity to the main areas of the town. The service was fantastic with very helpful and friendly staff. The dinner served in the restaurant was wonderful. The breakfast was great, with a good selection on offer. I would highly recommend the Ibis Styles Hotel. I am certainly looking forward to staying there again.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed a wonderful upgrade and complementary drink on arrival. The service att he front desk and in the restaurant was welcoming and a very country Australia vibe. The room was large and even though it was on the main road there was no outside noise disruptions
