One bad thing is that we booked 2 rooms, but only one room was ready when we checked in, and the other one was not. It was said that it would be ready in an hour, but since we were going out, we didn't come back to pick up the room until night, and only one room was left. We were dissatisfied with the same room type and wanted to change rooms. When booking, we wrote that Kehen would upgrade the room for free, but it didnāt happen. We had to pay for the upgrade!"

GGuest UserThe hotel is comfortable and pleasant to stay in. The design is very user-friendly. There are two types of pillows on the bed. It is very comfortable to sleep on. There is no smell in the room. The laundry room is very clean and hygienic. There is also a small gym, which is quite good. I have stayed for four consecutive nights. I will choose Baiyue Garden Hotel again when I come to Dawang in the future.

I added the WeChat of the elders in my family, and after checking out, I told them that they upgraded our room and asked for a five-star review. Personally, I am a bit disdainful of this kind of behavior. After all, when we customers checked in, it was the front desk who took the initiative to offer to help us upgrade our room. However, how big is the difference between the room types before and after the upgrade? The right of interpretation lies with the store, right? No store has the courage to fully disclose the configuration of various room types. In short, I feel very uncomfortable seeing the elders in my family being deceived in this way. So even though this hotel has blacklisted me, I still want to write this experience here. I hope this society will have more sincerity and less tricks.

The decoration is old and I am mentally prepared. To be honest, the room is clean. But the pool hot spring pool in the public area is dirty and cold, and the service attitude is not good.
