He really cares about his guests. The staff is friendly, and the room was amazing with a view and the coziest outdoor area to take a peaceful nap. It was also easy to get around the scenic area, as well. Thank you for such a beautiful stay!"

"This stay at the Vienna Hotel was great! The service at the front desk was really impressive. The check-in was very fast. "The service was excellent, Check in and check out was smooth and quick. The guy who runs the place went over and beyond. Before we left Chengdu we added the phone number and connected with him on WeChat. He helped check if our train (We bought tickets for Yibin) passed through the nearer train station. He helped to organize a driver for us from Yibin to the hotel. For breakfast the served simple but yummy bamboo noodles. Cleanliness I give them 10/10. The hotel is well maintained, super clean, even under the beds (we moved out 2 beds together). The bed was too comfortable. The pillows were super great. Had a beautiful 2 nights of sleep. The room was spacious. Location is great. A little away from the main area but close enough to walk there. the museum bus station is a few meters away (3 mins walk) and the cable car is 1km away. I suggest walking there, its a beautiful walk surrounded b bamboo. The guy who runs the place helped us to map the route to the places we wanted to see. I would stay here again."

The other facilities in the room were OK. I think the price of more than 600 during the May Day holiday is acceptable. 2. In terms of service, I think it is very good in Shunan Bamboo Sea. We have 3 adults and 1 child. The boss also gave the children disposable slippers. Drinking water is also free in addition to 2 bottles. There were only two breakfasts in the room, and the boss also exempted one adult and one child. The attitude of other service staff was also very good. 3. The sanitation is OK. One bad thing is that the spare bedding is randomly put into the closet. Although I didn't use it, it was not good. 4. The B&B is in the scenic area, so you have to rely on the restaurant of this B&B for meals. The taste is good and very local. There is also a portion of burning noodles for breakfast. The tea served with the meal is amazing. The owner said it is called bamboo orchid tea, but I couldn't find it online. 5. We stayed one night on the 4th and left on the 5th. There were not many people, parking was very convenient, and the environment was good. The owner must have carefully built it, and the flowers, plants, and waterscapes were well managed. In short, it is highly recommended."

It is recommended to live here, you can also eat nearby, but the accommodation environment is definitely the top of these homestays. I don't know if the other swimming pools change water every day, but this one is putting mountain spring water in the morning, clean and hygienic, and children can play with confidence. Would recommend to friends, if the off-season is more cost-effective!"
