took 4 times ringing the doorbell, no luck, then called on the phone to have someone come check me in. Room drab. No carpet, thin towels, bar of soap. Made bed had human hairs on it. A few. They were very firm about no refund or even adjustment to my bill. Very unfriendly folks. Avoid at all costs.

We have stayed here many times. Because of our frequency we choose Regency because of its "within budget" prices. We stay and we come back because of the service and treatment by staff, especially the management. Victor and his wife are simply the best. They are down to earth, understanding and always helpful. The accommodations? Look, its a budget motel, its not the Marriott! They are fine. The rooms are always clean and if you need anything, Like extra pillows, or towels, just ask. Its the service and management that make this place stand out,

Friendly staff. Great and quiet area ,. Comfortable rooms . Great TV selections and great wifi connections. Right across the street is a great breakfast establishment that has great full breakfast. I've made this motel my place to stay when I'm in orange county.
